One month post OP
Swelling has gone down. None left. They’ve dropped some but not to bad. What do you guys think?? I would do it again if given the choice. Nipples are even which was important to me because a lot of girls have uneven nipples after.

Breast Lift with Implant CG COSMETICS (Dr Freiman)
I’m 31 with a 12 year old son. Wanted my boobs done for years. Decided to get them in June 2020. I went to CG COSMETICS in coral gables Miami. I Live in Boston. chose to go with Dr Frieman after reviewing all of the Doctors work.
Let’s get this out of the way, CG is COMPLETELY unorganized, backed up, and almost impossible to get in contact with until you are literally days away from surgery. BUT for the price of 5K for silicone gummy implants with a lift my boobs came out 4.5 stars. I wanted them maybe an inch higher but for what they were to what they are now it’s pretty damn good. Pain was well managed.
There are other costs like labs and ekgs covid testing etc. I tried to pay for my procedure for WEEKS prior but no one called me back. I didn’t travel to Miami with all that money so I had to use their ATM at CG cosmetics and it charges you based on the amount you take out. FEES like crazy. Have the cash when you get there!
You can buy surgical bras there. I paid $280 for my ekg in Boston and could have paid $40 at CG but I no longer regret that choice because one thing CG will make you do is WAIT. This is not a place for princesses. They will not reach out to you. You have to call several times but just when you think they took your deposit and ran (lol) they come through with emails and instructions. A Headache for sure. I give CG 1.5 stars but Dr Frieman 4.5 stars. He has a private practice outside of CG that you may want to consider. It may cost a little more, idk but it may be worth the bedside manner.
Posting before and after pics. I’m now almost a month post op and will post updated photos. The swelling has gone down significantly since the first 2 weeks. Currently using Embrace scar strips.
