Breast lift botch

It's been long over due to write this review! So I had a breast lift and implants by dr. Loessin July 9,2019... I blame myself for not doing much research or reading these reviews to see others experiences. As an out of state pt I was evaluated via email by photographs with a coordinator who recommended a breast lift with implants so I scheduled and paid in full ..when I arrived a day before my surgery I was told I would meet with the surgeon for pre op .. I waited over 2 hours in a waiting room to then meet with another coordinator for pre op and photos... I was told by her I wouldn't need a lift because my nipples were pointed straight foward and I didn't need all the extra scars of a lift ..she said she doesn't understand why my initial coordinator Annie even suggested a lift, she then called Annie into the room and Annie stated she only suggested a lift because I said I wanted a smaller areola and the only way to do so is to do a lift .. I never asked or mention my areola size I was already used to having large areola my entire life all I wanted was round full breast since breast feeding deflated my breast ... I decided I wanted to speak to the surgeon to decide what will give me a better result, a lift with implants or just implants ...but was told I would have to wait maybe 4 more hours if I wanted to consult with the dr himself ( which I thought I was meeting with him to begin with) .i was jet lagged and opted out for just speaking to him the next day before surgery .. I was guaranteed at least a 1/2 hr, 1 on 1 with the surgeon before surgery.. so next day when I was called into surgery they asked me to undress put on a gown in a little room I asked if I was seeing the surgeon? She said yes ..he took over an hour to come in when he comes in he was basically rushes not trying to hear my questions and concerns asked me if he can draw on me while I was trying to explain to him my expectations and tell him how I was evaluated and paid in full for a lift but then was told by another coordinator I wouldn't need a lift ..he then finishes drawing on my chest telling me he's only doing a lift because putting an implant with my large areola will look ugly then I asked if I was going to have huge scars he assured me no that I would have small areolas that will make my implants look nice. Then after 5 minutes rushes out .. I never seen him again after that and at that moment I didn't think of course he's not gonna make me opt to just implants because it was a difference of 3000$ I would have to be refunded . then the anesthesiologist comes in and she was so rude and nasty, keep in mind this was the first surgery I ever had! she was mad as if I have done this a million times and I should know everything .. she asked me where I wanted the iv I explained to her I didn't know because I never had anesthesia before.. where does she recommend will be better for me ? She said Doesn't matter so where do u want it? I tell her again idk what will make it easier and better .. she says doesn't make a difference .. so I just chose the first option on the hand ...then I asked about an earring I had in my inner ear that was hard to take off that I would need help because it was so tiny she tells me she can't help me and I had to sign off on a consent Incase I get burned it's my fault .. but I told her I did not want to sign off because I want to take the earring off but need assistance.. she said oh well if u don't sign this u won't get surgery .. I started tearing and signed the paper and prayed I wouldn't get burned .. fast foward I wake up and I'm being pushed out on a wheelchair my husband then takes me back to the hotel the next day I had post op I had surgical tape all over my breast and realized I was getting blisters when I went in I thought I was seeing the surgeon for post op but no! The nurse took off my gauze and surgical tape and blisters popped and burned ..she said I must be allergic .. I right away seen I had horrible scars and could see that parts of my areolas were left on bottom I started to cry .. Nurse told me it was bruising .. I had hopes she was right .. now 8 months later I'm botched I had multiple consults here in nyc and not only I have horrible scars and retained areola my areolas are positioned way too high and deformed and my right implant is placed side ways ..so now I have to undergo another breast lift to fix and level my areolas and fix the scars and flip the implant to the right position .. my new surgeon that is going to do my revision surgery here in nyc .. said he's 90% sure two ppl performed surgery on me at the same time and he doesn't believe it was a surgeon just by looking at my result .. I do believe he's right !
