Breast lift/Revision with 500cc smooth, round HP silicone sub muscular implants w/Dr. Krau

Almost 7 months post op and I absolutely love them!

WORTH IT$8,500
My only complaints would be that some areola was used to close the right vertical incision, giving my nipple an upside down triangle shape. I also have a tiny dog ear from my anchor but as I lose weight it is becoming less noticeable. Also, my right boob has a slightly square bottom. I went to his clinic and paid 3,000 more so I think I had unrealistic expectations of perfection. I hope to go to FL this winter or spring and am considering asking about revising the nipple. Though I may not because they are so close to perfect, I’m not sure I want to risk complications. They truly are beautiful and I am so glad I went to Dr. Krau. These selfies don’t do them justice. They are better in person. There is slight asymmetry, as almost all women have, but compared to what he fixed, I’m just glad to have sisters instead of the 3rd cousins I had before I went to Dr Krau for a revision! I really, really hope they don’t drop anymore and I never develop CC, or at least not in the next 10 years!????Also, I cant say enough about his staff, especially Nora and Sonya. Sonya went way above and beyond for me after surgery. She is a saint. Both she and Nora were phenomenal. I also really liked Dr. Krau and the anesthesiologist. The only problem I encountered in his office were very long wait times on the day of my pre op and my final post op. I was afraid I was going to miss my flight home! But Nora and doctor took care of it and had me to the airport in plenty of time. His private practice waiting room is small, and some patients bring like 3 family members! Do u really need your mom, dad, and boyfriend lol?!? On my last pre op, there were not enough chairs when we arrived but fortunately some of the friends of patients sat on the bench outside and came in periodically. We stayed at the sea view inn. Great prices and breakfast. Beachfront. Rooms need updating it it is in walking distance to Publix and restaurants. We ate a big free hotel breakfast and then my mom would walk to Subway and get a wrap for each of us that we’d eat half for lunch and half for dinner. We treated ourselves to a few nice meals my mom could walk to and carry out or have delivery. If I hadn’t had such an extensive revision within or lift and just implants, I probably could have joined her food runs after day 2.

Any updates? Dr Krau is on my short list for revision, so I am watching closely to others results.
I will post an updated pic. I love them. They are round and perfect. The frontal pic I posted is not flattering, they aren’t that saggy. I’ll have my husband take a better pic. My only complaint is that my right nipple is bigger than my left and contains areola sewn into the vertical scar. It would be an easy fix but I don’t want to have my nipple cut again, nor do I want to fly to Miami.
Awesome. Can't wait to see them. Dr Krau wants to do an anchor lift on me as well (I currently have lollipop). How are the horizontal scars looking/feeling? I know we all want perfect, I get your concerns and also not wanting to cut again. I dread another big surgery and cutting my breasts again, but my current results are not good... That's why I am going to so many consults this time around.
Hi how are you doing??? Would love an update. Hope you're doing well!

I love these babies more and more everyday!!! I can wear dresses and tanks without a bra!!!!!!

I haven't been able to go braless since my very early 20's. Now I can wear maxi dresses and tanks with no bra and look great! My new favorites are casual above the knee tank dresses with a shelf bra. They are only $15 on Amazon, and my self-esteem is through the roof when I wear my black one. I also ordered some tanks with shelf bras. I also love that I can wear wire-free bras and still have awesome shape and lift. I will admit, the boobie blues are rough the first two weeks. Now I am so thrilled with my results I want to show the world lol! And kiss the top of Dr. Krau's shiny brilliant head and shake his magical hands!

Yasss! Looking phenomenal. I agree, boobie blues are real and they are rough but the end result is worth it! Happy continued healing!! :)
It makes such a difference on how it makes you feel and the fun you have shopping for bras and clothes. I’m loving my results and definitely worth the pain and investment.

6.5 weeks post op and loving my results!

Hey ladies. Sorry, I have been MIA for anyone considering Dr. Krau and following my progress, I've been super busy. I love my breasts! They are evening out and looking less boxy. I'm hoping they don't drop too much more, though they have hardly dropped at all. Basically, only my right has dropped, which it was initially slightly higher than my left. Dr. Krau told me they were essentially in position from the beginning, which I still don't understand since most women ride really high and then drop, but it turned out I shouldn't have worried because he was right. I had two tiny openings at the T junctions of my anchor incision on both breasts at 1-week post op, but both healed within a week and never got bigger. The nurse had me clean them twice a day with alcohol and leave them open to air (other than a bra). I was so relieved how quickly they healed. I've started Silagen treatment. I usually alternate between Silagen and coconut oil. I used coconut oil on my TT scar and it faded to almost invisible, and that was with tanning in a tanning bed. I hope my breasts will do the same. At first my vertical scars were barely visible, but now they are changing and are red. I expect them to turn purple before starting to fade. On my left side, my anchor incision scar on my side is skin color and barely noticeable. On my right, it is redder and I have what looks like a small dog ear on the lateral side. I'm hoping it will smooth out, if not I know it's an easy fix. My only other issue is on my right side it also looks like there is areola sewn down at the start of my vertical scar, as if not enough was cut away and was accidentally sewn in. I imagine this would be easy to do given blood obscuring things and the fact that I have pink areolas. Maybe I'm wrong and the skin is just temporarily darker for some reason. When I text his amazing nurse Nora, she said to wait 3-6 months for everything to settle and fade before judging final results. If I do need those revisions, they are super easy and my Dad winters 50 miles from Dr. Krau's office, so it would be easy to incorporate a quick revision for the small dog ear or nipple at the end of a visit to my Dad. But the dog ear looks smaller, so it could just be that the skin needed time to adjust. Overall I am thrilled with my results. I asked to be a C cup and am currently a D, but they are the perfect size for my frame and I secretly wanted to be a D cup. I just said I wanted a C cup because I have back problems and my Mom convinced me it would be foolish to go bigger than a C. My previous implants Dr. Krau removed made me an I cup, when I told my first PS I wanted a D, no bigger than a DD. Even if my cup size changes to a C, I'll still be happy because they are the perfect size for me. I told my husband I was kind of disappointed because they look so natural, but he told me that no woman with 2 kids who is in her late 30's has real boobs that look this good lol. I do have 3 small healing scabs above my right nipple from spitting sutures. I hope they don't scar, but I'm sure they won't. I still have occasional soreness if I reach too far for something. I can start leg and ab exercises at the end of this week which I'm really excited about. I have terrible back problems from herniated and prolapsed discs (related to lifting patients in the ER) so keeping my core and legs/hips strong is really important. Here are some pics I took last week meaning to update my review. It is really hard to get pics that do them justice as they always look asymmetric when I raise my arms to take a pic! My only true concern is my left seems to dip up slightly on the bottom at the T-Junction. I really hope this resolves as things settle.

Glad things are going well. Your pics look great! The issues you mentioned seem very minor imo; and hopefully they will resolve to your satisfaction. I’m not an M.D. but the issue with the right side “areola sewn in vertical scar” looks like it may possibly be what they referred to as “residual areola”. You don’t have before pics but this (residual areola) can occur if the areola is large; the PS may have to leave some of it so not to compromise tissue by pulling it too tight. This can usually be resolved with a simple in office revision from what I’ve read. Google “residual areola” for more details or ask about it in the doctors Q&A. And of course it’s best to consult with your PS regarding any concerns you have.... Wishing you the best! :-)
Oops I just noticed that you do have before pics. Not sure why I missed them before.
Thank you so much! My areolas used to be small before my first BA with Benelli lift. After the Benelli lift, my nipples stretched out and looked terrible. They looked like pieces of Canadian bacon! One was so square too!
You look great !!!!
Thank you!!!
