Breast Lift with 455cc Silicone Implants After 4 Kids and Weight Loss

I had a tummy tuck last summer with Dr. Petersen and had an amazing result. I went back for a breast lift with silicone implants. My breast were deflated with low nipples after 4 kids and a large weightloss. I had difficulties getting a bra that would fit well since my breast tissue would just puddle in the bottom of the cup. I felt like I had 80yr old boobs. I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Petersen. He has great bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable and is patient with answering questions. The girls in the office were helpful in choosing an implant size. Everyone is very approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. The anesthesiologist helped distract me during the walk back and getting settled into the OR. Before I knew it I was all done. The pain was much less than I thought and I'm excited to see how my breasts change shape as they settle in.

Here are the pics for preop and day 1 post op. I'm 5ft 6in 140 lbs and a 34/36 c/d depending on the bra preop. I have 455cc moderate plus silicone implants. My pain has been well controlled with only taking 3 percocet total so far after almost 2 days. I had some finger tingling in one hand the night of surgery that went away. I'm sleeping semi upright. My day one post op we even went out to eat for dinner. So doing better than I thought. I start breast massage today which I don't look forward to.

I did my dressing change today and added the upper strap. The breasts look wider than I thought they would be at this point. I figured they would sit higher but not wider. I know it takes time to settle into a final shape so not terribly worried. Both nipples have sensation. I am more swollen today.
