5 weeks out
So finally feel like my breasts are starting to drop a bit. Still a long way to go. Lipo hurts way less and still massaging 3xday for 10 minutes. Can feel the lumpy and hard parts starting to soften and flatten out.
One month after breast implant lift and lipo
So have been massaging the lipo areas 3x day for 10 minutes with lotion and I can see the lumpiness getting better and the skin starting to tighten up. Sensitivity way better and actually feel like I will be able to get back to normal life again albeit with better breasts and skinnier body. Yay. Saw Dr. Ghazi yesterday and can go back to light exercise, stretching and baths! Also, now am in a soft sports bra so my breasts can start dropping more. Started silicone and massage on breasts yesterday. All in all I am happy and realize healing is going to take some time.
Update 3 weeks progress
So I am going to try to update every couple of weeks to see my progress. The lipo has been a bit painful. I saw Dr. Ghazi and he said to start massaging 3 X day for 10 minute sessions. I looked it up and this helps from scar tissue forming which I want to avoid! Very painful at the beginning but it is getting better and does seem to be helping smooth things out as well as help with the sensitivity. I am also moisturizing before my massage sessions and drinking tons of water.
