Breast Augmentation and Lift after 4 kids

Before having kids a was a full C cup, 130ish lbs, 5’ 6”, lean and long torso with more broad shoulders. With each pregnancy and nursing, my breasts have sagged and deflated. While my weight has always stayed around 135 lbs when I’m not pregnant, I also have become much more active and have toned up and gained muscle. I’m now working as a fitness instructor and plan to pick up more classes that I teach during the week, so my breasts have started looking really sad. Really just wanted to be where I was before kids and be able to fill out my bras and swimsuits!

Hi! I've got surgery scheduled with baxter next month. can't wait to see your results!! I'm so nervous for the sizing part. Did Baxter recommended that size for you? I feel like his recommendation was a little small for me but also think he knows best lol. How have you been feeling?!
April 15, 2019
That’s exciting! Yes, Dr Baxter recommended that I go with 300-400 cc’s especially since I am very active and said that anything bigger might make me feel top-heavy. My BWD is 14. In the end at the pre-op appointment I just told him I wanted to look proportional with my body type and we went through the sizing chart together. While I still have some swelling, I think I’ll be very happy with the size I picked and I could have gone slightly bigger or slighty smaller and still love them. I’m feeling a lot better today (day 5) and able to do basic things around the house. Still a little low on energy.

Yes I am super worried about going too big since I work out alot... But I also don't want to go too small! I have my pre op this week and am getting excited and nervous! I'm glad you are feeling alot better today! It's reassuring to here from others who have gone through it... Especially with the same surgeon!

How did your pre-op go? Do you feel good about the size you picked? Hope all is well!

Hi! Thanks for asking. Pre op went well! I'm still nervous about the size but I chose 365cc . I've got pretty similar stats to yours but bwd is 13 and probably starting with less so I'm hoping mine will be proportional and look like yours! I'm getting nervous about surgery and starting to worry about the vitamins I should be taking and that kind of thing lol! How has your healing been? I bet they are looking/ feeling better everyday?!

Yes! 2 weeks today, and they are feeling more like natural breasts! Incisions seem to be healing well too, really anxious to get back in to the gym and teach/take classes again; I’d say that’s been the hardest part is having to take it easy. I’m sure 365cc’s will be great, you’ll love them! Doctor Baxter is great, you’ll be glad you did it!

I’m right into my fitness too so feel your pain. Muscle gain and being lean usually leads to deflated sad boobies

Went in for my post-op today and got the bandages removed???????? Feeling really good today and love how they look!! Still some rippling from the skin pulling in from the sutures but Dr Baxter said it will smooth out as I heal. One breast has more bruising than the other, but it’s pretty minimal. Just need to take it easy this week ????????
