Travelled across country because I fell for the social media account

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have debated writing this review as I want to forget this place even exists, but after 2 years of absolutely HATING my results I thought it was time.
First off, Dr Mohan clearly only cares about social media and is dying to be an influencer instead of just leaning into being a surgeon. Her priority is time in front of a camera and not with actual patients. And l've experienced it first hand. If you look at her Instagram page, this is not the same personality you get in person.
I travelled across country because I fell for the social media account and thought I was going to the best, a CARING female surgeon. I did an over the phone consultation and mainly spoke to the staff, and spoke with Dr Mohan for maybe a minute. She was very rushing and cold. I thought well she's probably busy being a fantastic plastic surgeon...
I was quoted over $15k for a lift with implants. Which looking back I realize this is bananas - especially for what I came out with.
I had already convinced my husband to go to Houston and spend this, so I went through with it, did the deposit, travelled across country and went to the pre surgery consultation (day before surgery). Again, she was unfortunately the same as the phone call - cold and rushing. Not personable what so ever. The nurses were super friendly though and you spend most of the time with them.
The anesthesiologist was the same way as Dr Mohan, rushing and cold and quite rude. There was a couple times during the pre surgery phone call where he was angry with me for not understanding him. I was going into surgery feeling like a number and not a valued patient.
Post surgery I didn't have many issues. Just a lot of pain. About a year later I had a very infected areola and went to my local dr and had a stitch removed which was the issue.
The results.....
I am so heartbroken with my results. I hate them. My implants are so low and my nipples sit way too high. 1.5" too high to be exact. I can't find a bra that supports me enough without my nipples sticking out the top. She also left a huge chunk of my OLD AREOLAS on BOTH of my breasts when doing the lift. And it is so clearly obvious when looking at me that my old areolas were left. I look botched.
I made an appointment 1.5yrs later and travelled across country to address my concerns. I was very kind with addressing them and tried to be understanding that I didn't start out with the best before. She was COLD and tried to convince me they look fine, even agreeing that she missed my old areolas. I drove across country to wait in a room for over 1 hr so she could RUSH and talk to me for 2 minutes telling me they're fine and then left the room.
I was clearly upset when she left, and the nurse was totally uncomfortable by the way she treated me and kept apologizing over and over.
She said she would fix them but I had to pay $2500. Even though this is a mistake she made.
But she has no problem giving out free surgeries to influencers online.
I have now since been to multiple surgeons to get opinions and all of them cannot believe my results and that she let me leave looking like this. I'm constantly in pain from them and planning to have them fixed by someone else.
If you are thinking about going here AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. She does NOT value you as a patient and you are just a cash cow, you'll pay double of any other surgeon for botched results. And I'm not the only one who feels botched by Dr Mohan.
