WORTH IT
After quite a bit of research, I’m so glad I found Dr Magge. I’ve never been happy with my breasts but after two babies and breastfeeding, the girls were hanging on by a thread. During my consult, he was honest about what could and couldn’t happen and understood the goal was to create balance between my curvier lower half and chest.
Post op was super shocked that my incisions were super flat. The drop and fluff process was fairly quick even though I had a lift and implants. Needless to say, I’m very happy with my new set of twins.
Top row pics are before at a 36C/D deflated and after a very full 36DD or 36DDD depending on the bra.

Did he have to reposition your nipple area? If so did you have any issue w loss of sensation? I cant spell the clinical term lol
My nipple was not repositioned. My nipples were numb, then extremely painfully sensitive and now back to normal. All feeling is there.

To correct minor asymmetry, Sientra 107 style 520cc and 470cc. Moderate profile.

You look beautiful! Unfortunately after having large breast 40dd which has caused so much back pain and discomfort, I decided to have a breast reduction and removal of my implants, which I am now a C cup, but still healing from my October 4th surgery and I am still sore and pretty small breasted, but I guess at 64, I was tired of the constant stares, and gawking I was getting 24 hrs a day, it was time for a change! I pray you don't suffer the back pain and heaviness like I did! Again you look beautiful miss diva :-) enjoy the new twins :-)
@rclark you should document your journey on RS. I'd love to see your after photo. I agree with you 100%, my 500cc feel quite heavy and miss with my neck, shoulders and back. Happy holidays
Do you know what size/profile implants you have? Are they under or over the muscle? Did you have a lift as well?
