WORTH IT
I'm on day 4 and I am very positive these will end up looking great! The scars are no joke but I am praying for a fast healing with unnoticeable scars.
The hardest part for me is the prescriptions! I received a antibiotic, pain reliever, stool softener, and muscle relaxers. Additionally, I am drinking arnica pills, and vitamin c which are known to be great for a good recovery.
Another thing nobody told me is how bloated would get! I presently look like I am 5 months with my tummy very hard! I was just now able to poop on day 4 after the surgery but my stomach is still large!
I ant wait to see how everything will turn out in the next couple of days!

I’m 3 weeks post op with the same surgery. The absolute worst part was the meds and how bloated I was! Not until I had finished my prescriptions, did I start feeling better. As for my scars, they are looking great! As soon as they were healed I started using silicone strips during the day, and then at night I used grape seed oil with 4 or 5 drops of lavender essential oils mixed with it.

Day 4 - super tight and swollen belly
40andreadySeptember 3, 2019
Well it is day 4 and they look great when wearing clothes but they are sitting super high! Almost right below my clavicle. Tomorrow I go to my second post op visit and hope to hear that I’m healing well.
I bathed a bit scared and let te water run over them. Carefully pat dried and used the hair dryer to help make sure the tape isn’t wet.
I will continue to post as the days go by.

I just got the same procedure as you 8/29. Yours is looking good! How are you feeling?

Really? That's awesome! I feel good, pain isn't as unbearable as I thought it would be. I'm just taking it day by day. Not sure if I can drive yet! I feel fat and ready to be out and about! How are you?

The pain is awful for me! Idk if it's because he did a slight reduction too? He mentioned he was going to be removing some breast tissue at my pre op. I can barely lift my arms. Yours is coming along so well. Mine look so high and swollen still. I hope you keep updating us. I'd love to see your progress!

The pain or me two weeks post opt still hurts . Just had the bandages removed or paper tape and my incisions have been so sore . The rust week wasn't so bad I'm not sure why it hurts so bad how .. I had lift with anchor as well .. revision 330cc under muscle . I can lift my arms although my Dr told me not to for another week my pain is just the incisions. Although everything is supposed to be heal as planned ..

My first impression is that he went to small on the nipples but I’m confident they will look better with time as I will get used to them. I’ll post a pic soon.
