Amazing breast augmentation + Benelli experience with Dr.Revis & his staff

I want to write about my experience getting a breast augmentation + a benelli/donut mastopexy performed by Dr Don Revis :)
Stats: 21 years old, 5'2, 99 - 105lbs, 32B pre op
595 extra high profile silicone implants, 32DDD post op
Why I picked Dr.Revis: I first saw dr.revis when I was 18. He was the first plastic surgeon I saw for a breast aug consultation. Revis was my favorite surgeon even then but I didn't want to go with the first PS I saw so I took some time to see other plastic surgeons - around 5 or 6 - within the US and other countries.
At my consultation, I already had an idea of what I wanted in my head and knew some specifics of what I wanted. Revis was like a boob mentalist/mind reader and said pretty much exactly what I was thinking (like how many ccs, profile, etc.) He also could tell that one of my breasts were slightly bigger than the other which literally no other doctor has ever noticed. I could hardly ever even tell myself except for when I was maybe wearing a high push up bra. High attention to detail is a great quality to have for a plastic surgeon :)
I feel like Dr Revis is great at understanding & delivering what his patients want. Quite a few people have recommended him to me over the years and I would say he’s a bit famous when it comes to performing larger breast augmentations, which I personally completely love. Unlike other plastic surgeons, he won't say no and be too conservative when it comes to implant size. IMO I feel like he is one of the best plastic surgeons to perform bigger breast augmentations in the world which is why I chose him :) I’ve seen his work from before & afters + reviews and they look phenomenal.
He's also very knowledgeable & his bedside manner is THE BEST. He responds pretty much always to my emails within ~15 minutes (including weekends) which is essentially unheard of for any plastic surgeon/doctor, period! Having a good bedside manner/being personable is super important to me and he way exceeded my expectations with this. His staff is also so welcoming and nice and they've all helped me feel fantastic through out the whole process of getting surgery - which honestly can be nerve racking at times because at the end of the day it’s (elective) surgery!
I'm currently a little over 2 weeks post op at the time of writing. I will be posting pictures and writing about how I felt at different times through out my experience (pre op, day of surgery, 1 day post op, few days, weeks, months etc) and will try to keep this updated.
I love looking at people’s reviews & photos on Realself because it’s helped me pick PSs before & i want to be as honest as possible to help anybody whose interested

Yes pictures are helpful, thank you for letting us know your experience. It's so nerve wracking trying to commit to a surgeon and you're review has been very encouraging. All the best!

First & second day: I didn’t feel very much pain at all - just extreme tightness on my upper chest. Which makes sense I think it was my skin stretching/getting used to the implants. I went to get my hair done before seeing dr Revis for my post op consultation :)

I went out for dinner also. I felt fine the whole day but at dinner I got dizzy, sick, and was falling asleep at the dinner table (was 5 stars/Michelin, whoopsies lol!!!) & left early. I took another hydrocodone *right* before dinner and am 99% sure I got sick because of the pain medication.

Very little pain aside from skin tightness, which wasn’t painful but more just uncomfortable. Walked around a lot to see boats/yachts for sale. Was a little tired from the pain medication. Started to develop a rash around my body/chest area so I stopped taking antibiotics + pain medication this day

If I had to do anything differently at this point it would just be for me to take less
hydros because I didn’t need so much (Ie taking one every 4-6 hours. I mainly just remember that when I felt pain It would mainly be at night. But again I mainly just felt lots of tightness. The skin between my breasts was also raised a lot. I use to be able to feel my sternum and stopped being able to (it’s now normal again, it was just swollen from the surgery!:)
