Healed well, nipple stitches are not visible but healing scars with Mederma gel. The implants feel great, soft. I wear wireless nighttime bras for support and wire bras during the day. Size seems great although I wish I had gone just a little bigger, hard to tell if it’s boob greed or that they have settled a bit

Hi! Amazing to hear you are so happy and that they feel soft! And can you say any more about how you feel the Subglandular approach turned out? I feel so confused about whether the trend away from Subglandular is warranted or what. I met with one provider so far who immediately said she’d do Subglandular on me. But I couldn’t tell if it’s Bc that’s just her preferred technique or if she truly thinks it’s best for my anatomy. Do you worry about rippling? Can you feel any edges especially in areas where your tissue may have been thinner?

I had the same concerns. No rippling, can’t feel edges at all, my husband can’t feel the implant although I can feel it from inside when I massage them. I chose the technique because only a third goes under the muscle and I wanted a “fake” look, also I exercise a lot and didn’t want my muscle to pull the implant all the time. I highly recommend this approach

Haven’t posted in a while, wanted to show progression to post-op 4 weeks. Started taping the scars, didn’t have to take any pain meds at all! Breasts are starting to soften although still pretty firm.

Wanted to show picture of pre surgery: tuberous breasts, sagging after breastfeeding, size 32a. Post surgery pictures are from day 4 when I felt significantly better, the bruising and swelling was still showing. Incisions were made around the areola, the tape at the bottom is for support of the implant, no stitches were made at the bottom of the breast
