5ft, breast lift with 700cc implants & upper arms, thighs, waist & back lipo

First let me just say the thing I love most about going through dr. Gutierrez Is how accommodating he and his staff are. I contacted several doctors and it was a hassle and wait times…. I called dr. Gutierrez and Sara had me in for a consult the next day, surgery two days after that.
The room they gave me was absolutely amazing. Better than most hotel rooms.. I mean it was huge and 2 of the four walls were floor to ceiling windows with city views. Clean, state of the art facility. Very nice and attentive staff.

He performed a breast lift with implants, I got 700cc on my 5 foot frame and it doesn’t appear to be too big at all. Liposuction almost everywhere.. upper arms, thighs, waist, back. And fat transfer to parts of my booty which is naturally huge but this was to round it out a bit on the sides. He also revised the scar that I screwed up last time by not giving myself proper time for recovery and broke the post op instructions not to drive. This time I’m. Ring a good girl and staying in Tijuana till my recovery is complete.

I’m very happy. He did a great job. I have been afraid to look at my backside until the swelling goes down, because I don’t want it to fool me into thinking my skin will turn out smoother than it actually will . It was horrible before.
