Officially one month since surgery
WORTH IT$7,870
Rounding out very nicely. I am very happy. I do massages 3x a day. Still having muscle stiffness occasionally. Trying to sleep on my stomach and side feels weird and I'm working my way up trying for a few mins a night on each side and my belly. But muscles on my chest stiffen up over the implant

No more tape
No more tape or stitches. My scar is virtually non existent. I began sillicone scar strips. My next appt. Is in two weeks. I can begin breast massages and go back to the gym. Cardio and lower body. I can wear a different bra now. Decided on wearing a surgical bra still. Nurse advised me to downsize the bra since swelling will continue to go down. Very happy. Will be returning to doctor colgrove for Rhinoplasty.

Week 3
Stitches removed.all pain is gone. I do have morning stiffness or "morning boob" doctor gave me prescription for muscle relaxer I take it only at night. It helps me be less stiff when I wake up. So far I am happy with the size. I have small marks around my nipples that may be from the skin stretching during swelling thoes are begining to peel off thank god. I thought I would have to now go buy bio oil. I wish I had used some sort of cream or lotion during week one. But I was worried about infection. Still very happy I choose dr. Colgrove
