Breast Augmentation W/ Lift
I did a lot of extensive research on doctors within my area, along with other areas in my state. I even researched some out of state plastic surgeons that were highly reviewed and reputable. I met with a few doctors for consultations, but Dr. Camp was always my top choice. After meeting him for the first time, I was confident I was making the right decision!
His team has been so warm and welcoming since my very first phone call. I had a great consultation! The images they provided of what I would look like after surgery were awesome.
I was a little nervous about having to also have a lift, but Dr. Camp reassured me about my expectations and left me feeling confident and ready. He gave me an idea of what I might look like at different sizes within the range he recommended for my body size.
I was very happy that I was able to make that decision for my body and I didn’t have a doctor forcing any specific size or any decisions on me.
My surgery day was in August 2021 and everything went great. The healing process was uncomfortable in very beginning, but definitely manageable if you have someone taking care of you the first few days. I was extremely tired and just caught up on sleep while my husband took care of me. You are not allowed to lift over 8lbs, and trust me, you won’t want to. So having someone there is important if you’re having a lift as well.
Fast forward to now, I’m almost 5 months post op and I literally could not be happier. (Neither could my husband) I love my outcome. My boobs are fantastic and the healing process was worth every second. It took a few weeks for me to start to feel “normal” again. For me, it was difficult getting comfortable while my implants were still setting so high. However, literally every week that passes you notice change. You notice you feel a little better, can move a little more naturally.
My scars are still fading, but are remarkably less significant now. I was mainly worried about the scars you see with a lift, but I definitely would not let that deter my decision because I am very pleased with my results. 10/10 recommend Dr. Camp and his ENTIRE office and their services.
