I have always wanted to get a boob job. I have always had 2 breasts that were different sizes. I knew I wanted to finish having kids before I did anything about it. They’ve always been pretty big, I have always worn D bras although I feel like my smaller breast is probably a C.
I have had a phone consult with Dr. Hochstein in Miami, FL. I feel confident in his ability to get the desired look I am going for. I am excited to get this procedure done but also wonder if it is worth it. I do have large breasts already and can make them look decent, but I have always wanted the “fake” look.
I have scoured the internet looking for a surgeon to compare to Dr. Hochstiens work but haven’t been able to come up with too many that can compare. There is one in California, Dr. Arvin Taneja, But I still am drawn to Dr. Hochstein. I would be traveling so I am worried about the flight home one day post op. I am worried about having a 2 year old to come home to. This is hard. IS IT WORTH IT?
I will be making my decision later this week to book the surgery. For now I obsess over everyone’s pictures and recoveries. ;)

I was able to schedule my surgery with Dr. Hochstien for June 26th!! 20 days away, I am so lucky to have my best friend there and willing to take care of me!!!

Congrats on booking your surgery date. Its a super exciting experience. Dr. Arvin Taneja was my surgeon. You picked a couple doctors that have great reputations. Dr. Taneja gave me my dream breasts. I hear Dr. Hochstein is great too. Im 16 months post op. Do you know if you are going with saline or silicone? Do you have an idea of the size? Let us know. We will be doing silicone under the muscle. I am thinking I want 385/405HP implants, but will not know for sure until pre-op day before surgery! Thanks for your comment!

Today makes 2 weeks until my surgery! I am so excited, I find myself completely obsessed. I am starting to second guess what I want, and it’s hard to be an out of town patient. I’d like to try on sizers and take my hubby! (He’s not traveling with me) At first I was certain I wanted 385-400cc high profile, but now wondering if I want 300-350cc mod+. I want a very natural fake look LOL— my husband has stated he does not like 2 round balls on my chest, but he says do whatever I want. Ugh
I started my pre surgery vitamins today! I started Iron, vitamin C, and a multi vitamin. I will start taking Bromelain 3 days before and then everything AND arnica Montana and vitamin A after surgery. I have read a lot of literature that these homeopathic medicines really help! Hope so!! Well I hope these next two weeks fly by!
Has anyone flown out the next day after a breast lift with implant? I’d love to hear how it went for you.

I'm 5'3" 144 lbs athletic, 38yrs,
3 breastfed kids with all born by c sections (therefore I'm getting a tummy tuck as well-mommy makeover)
PS advises me not to go too big because he is giving me a breast lift as well unders, and tells me that size of implant vs lift is a fine balance.

It went well!! Had it all done this past Monday on July 23rd. ended up going with HP Mentor smooth 400 cc left and 425 cc right.I'm weaning off narcotic pain meds now slowly. I can't wait to get these 4 JP drains on Monday-
as I had a BL,TT and implants. It only took him and his resident 3 hrs for all! I'm still not able to fully stand up straight and my back is killing me.
My breasts are dropping slowly day by day. The right sitting higher than the left though ive read that often dominant size usually drops slower. Looks like your doing great and looking great!
