I am 40. 5’5 160 lbs Two kids, 60 pound weight loss, sad sagging 36 c. I would love to be a full perky c, or d. A modest size increase with Soft close together Cleavage. Looking about the same in a sweatshirt, and lovely in a swimsuit/sports bra. I’ve had 4 consultations in the Seattle area. I could detail ever little reason I’m going with Dr. Baxter, but it would all come down to the same thing. I feel like the the skill and experience are there, and the communication is good. I have a “pre” pre op to finish deciding on sz, and explore the options for my abdomen (TT, Lipo revision or leave it alone,) currently my mind won’t leave the question of size alone! I’m on here constantly staring at breasts! It’s a little weird. My bwd is 14, I was originally thinking 275-300 is where I would be, now I’m thinking that needs to increase. I don’t want big breasts, just the correct size to balance me, and to feel hourglass, instead of bottom heavy. Will add pics later, opinions and advice welcome.

I love your inspo pics and I’m also in process of deciding a size - what’s your current state look like? I’ve noticed a lot of girls getting 400cc plus but feel that’s too big but difficult to compare here as I’m sure if you have a lift plus implant the current breast tissue you already have surely adds to size too? Hmmm

Yes! That’s the thing! I feel like it’s a math equation and I don’t have all the variables. Current breast tissue + implant - loss of skin/tissue with lift = ? I’ll post more pics, I found a omen on here who has my dream results and a similar beginning and she was right round 300cc I think the larger breasts look lovely naked, but mostly I wear clothes

My Before pic, droopy c cup, the areoles jumped the borders and never returned after pregnancies. And “bethan1” has my dream after result! Perfect size, shape.

Gathering things for recovery, I made 3 kinds of smoothies to have ready in the freezer, the funny thing is The only time I’ve been under general anesthetic was getting my tonsils out 6-7 years ago, so that might be why I seem to think I need smoothies? I’ll also be borrowing or buying an ugly comfy recliner. Other must haves??
Size?! Tried the rice test thing, I made it as accurate as I could, but it’s just a ridiculous idea. I’ve tried sizers on at the office. It will be mod profile, 330 or 345, they are 12.25 and 12.5, my bwd is 14, so I’ve had more then one surgeon tell me I could “handle” a larger implant. I don’t want to be too big, I just want nice proportions and fullness. ???????

I love that you’re planning ahead and using Bromelain and Arnica. :) I just had my Breast Lift w/Implant replacement (had first BA in 2005) a few days ago. I basically have T Rex arms and can’t reach for things higher than my shoulders...so I had placed all my favorite snacks/juices on the middle shelf in my fridge prior to surgery. I bought lots of berries, hummus, green veggie juices, apples and I precut carrots and cucumbers (for hummus). On my counter, within reach, are bananas and tangerines. My sleep schedule was wacky the first few days so I’d wake up in the middle of the night finally ready to eat, this was an easy way to get fed without waking anyone up for help :) I’d also like to recommend Vitamin C, well known for wound healing. Vit C is part of my normal daily regimen but I increased it post op to help heal quicker. I’m sleeping in the corner of my sectional (no recliner) and my fave part of this is that I am using a super soft fuzzy blanket (Xmas gift). It was comforting when I was in my first few painful days. Oh, one more thing. I took the Norco and antibiotics together the first night and found myself vomiting at 2am...so try to take those separately (with food) as they both can cause nausea. Stay strong, watch lots of comedies and get plenty of rest. It’s all worth it :) Best of luck to you!

Yes, thanks, I’ll add it to my list, hope you are healing quickly and beautifully!
