WORTH IT
Loving how they have settled in. They are the same size as my old floppy boobies, but they fit into my bra so much nicer. Even though I don't need a bra I still prefer to wear one. The scars are looking great and I'm very happy.

What did you use for your scarring?
Hi. I used vitamin E capsules. I tired the tapes but they kept ripping the new skin off which was not fun. So I kept it simple and the vitamin E was great. Along with some Vaseline intensive care moisturizer.

Thank you! I have my 6 month check up in a couple of weeks so I'll post more pictures. My implants are placed under the muscle.

Hit the 3 month mark and I'm very happy! I tried using the Medela stripes again and again they peeled off the new healing skin. So no more scar tape for me. I've been using vitamin E capsuls and they are working great. I just pop a small hole in the capsule and massage my scars. One capsule covers both breasts.

7 weeks

Everything had been going great with recovery. I am seeing my PS this week and i am hoping to be able to start scar treatment. Still taking it slow on my workouts. Have not been doing upper body yet but maybe some light weights next week.

You look amazing !! Such impressive scar healing, I can barely see anything ! How long did you have tape on your incisions, may I ask ? Any tips you can think of please share, you look great :)
Thank you so much! At this point I hadn't even used the scaring tape. My PS did such a great job. I started using scar tape around the 2 month mark (2cweeks ago) and should have followed the instructions on the box. Everyone said to leave them on for a longer period of time. I shouldn't have. The tape ended up pulling some of the new scar skin away. So this past week I've been letting them heal. It was only a couple of spots, but not ideal.
That's so frustrating. Ive read how the tapes can cause irritation and end up ripping up skin like that. Hang in there and know that you will heal
Thank you. I'm going to try the tape again this weekend, but I'm only going to leave it on for the 6 hrs. O have an aloe plant and that seems to help alot as well.
