I’ve been browsing real self now for over a year. I just finished nursing my 3rd child about 4 months ago and now I finally have my surgery scheduled for Nov. 6. I’m so excited to get my breasts back. To be honest even before kids I never had very full breasts, but with weight loss, preganancy, & breastfeeding they are completed deflated now. The only time I ever liked them was right after I gave birth to my children, in the first few months postpartum when they are full of milk. I’ve been all over the map in size ranging from an A to a D . I’m hoping to achieve a nice large and perky appearance when this is all said and done. My sizing appointment is set for Oct. 22. I’m still not sure on what to choose. I like the look of large breasts unclothed, but I’m afraid I won’t when I’m dressed. I’m only 5’0 and 108 lbs so I definitely don’t want to look “top heavy” or unnatural looking.

Wishing you the best with your upcoming surgery! I also had a BL/BA; it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I totally agree regarding large breasts looking great naked, but not the same in clothing. That’s exactly how I felt before I downsized my implants; I felt heavy and just about everything I wore. Another more thing to take into consideration (imo) is the size/weight of the implants will put stress on your breast lift incisions and can impact the overall healing process. For this reason many PS recommend “erring on the small” when choosing an implant size with breast lift surgery. Or if you want a larger size to do it in steps. Good luck with your decision. :-)

Sizing appointment

I’m officially 2 weeks away from my surgery and I’m starting to get a bit nervous/anxious/excited all in one. I had my sizing appointment yesterday and I think it went well, but also I’m just so indecisive. I think I want something one minute, but then when I get home my mind races if I made the right decision. I’m trying not to let other people’s opinions influence me. If my husband had his way I’d probably be getting 600 cc’s ???? On the other hand, my other family members I care about (my moms, aunts, etc) have already expressed their opinions that going “big” would look “terrible” on me. I have very opinionated women in my family ???? . I left my appointment yesterday settled on 400-425 cc’s . I’m currently an A cup so I’m not sure what the outcome will be. I took these 3 pics to my appointment as well. Hoping for a similar outcome, but I just don’t know if that will look to large on my body or not. I’m probably just overthinking this tbh.

Hi!! How exciting!! Your surgery is coming up!! The sizing is the hardest part, in my opinion. If it helps any, I'm 5'6", 125lbs. I have very wide shoulders. I have 520CC silicone. Take a peek at my profile. I think 400cc-425cc is a very fair size for your height/weight. Such an incredible adventure. I loved the experience. Looking forward to following your progress!!! Take care!!!

Day 1 post op

My surgery is officially done!! Today is day 1 post op. I’m feeling very very sore, & sleeping sitting up was interesting. I go to my first appointment tmr. I’m hoping the swelling starts to go down a bit because that’s the most uncomfortable part so far.
