37yr old in need of lift and little extra

Ive done alot of online research after being done having children. I have breastfed all my kids which has paid toll on my breasts. As a teen i was a small 34B and with having children and age got all way up to 38DD. Im a deflated 36 38 c now. Weighing in at 150lb at 5'2. I do need to loose a few pounds especially after the recent holidays. Not so much worried about weight but once healed will at least work on getting my stomach more toned.
My youngest is almost 2yrs old and she nursed for 17 months. So Im so ready for my breasts to be mine again.
A little nervous and scared. I have never been put "under" before. Never had anything major done except wisdom teeth removed which was not under a general. Only one child out of 6 was an epidural.
This was a VERY big decision to make. My mother has lectured me in and out. In her eyes im putting unnecessary poison in my body and under going something unneeded.
This is the same woman who takes soooo many vitamins a day i cant count. My sister who lives hours away is the only support i have besides the man in my life. ( Not married but have been together 10 yrs). We have not told anyone besides these 2.
Doctor is doing a full lift which is absolutely necessary and implants. I believe 475 and 500cc mentor as to fix the asymmetry issue.
Under muscle and i believe HP. Size and profile were changed at last visit.
Any advice and support will be appreciated.
Thanks

6 hrs post surgery. A little sore. Taking pain meds every 4hrs and only one pill instead of 2.
Little groggy and tired but not too bad. Not sure how long surgery lasted it was scheduled for 2 hrs. Started a few mins after noon. Woke up around 330. Felt like a much needed nap. Have two 500cc orignally needed one larger to fix size dif but he must have fixed it himself. Within 30 mins of being awake I was on way home. I have a nausea patch behind ear.Wish these were around or safe during pregnancy. It would have stopped week long stays at hosp with my 1st baby. Seems to be working excellent. Have not been sick at all.
Taking oxycodone and antibiotics
Tomorrow will start Bromelain an Arnica tablets PS gave me.
Little worried they dont seem to be as big as I wanted but PS said 500 cc was as much as possible with lift done too.

More sore today. Chest feels hard and swollen. Using ice packs and meds.
Had some bleeding last night i think i over did when i 1st got home . Still bloated but that's also due to me being on my period.
Still worried bout size biggest he would do was 500cc having a lift. They look smaller or same as they were before hand. He.assured me before surgery they would be bigger DD or bigger and that i would have upper pole fullness. Not sure if i believe this.

you def do not want bigger than 500 with a lift. I've seen some after pics of women on this board that went bigger after a year or so, and they're terribly saggy and don't look good. I've also read a lot of the comments on the "ask a doctor" section and most board certified docs agree that you can't go past a certain point with a lift. Give it some time, they always ride high in the beginning and eventually they drop and project out much more. The pain is tough, but it will slowly get better, and around the third week, you'll feel a huge difference. Hang in there and please take it easy for now!

Sorry for late response. Pain isnt too bad never was. Morning boob still happening. And yes. Ive been doing research on the size with the lift and looked at pics. Ive seen some go as big as 800cc. CRAZY. Dr never really gave me option 1st was 400 and 415 I think but when i asked what biggest he would do he said 500. So that's whats in and so far im healing good. Vertical incision closed. T looks good. Few spots here and there.i question but glue is still wearing off.
