350 cc implants with anchor lift tubular correction

I had an anchor breast lift with 350 cc moderate profile silicone implants done with Dr. Aldo Guerra on 7/23/18.

Dr. Guerra is a wonderful physician and plastic surgeon. He is thorough and attentive at every step. His expertise is just as excellent as his bedside manner. I am so pleased with the artistic crafting of my nipples.

It’s been over 3 months and I am now seeing the final result of the surgery. Personally, I wish I would have just done a lift first, alone, and then decided what implant size I needed after the first surgery. I am happy with the appearance of my naked breasts, but the experience has had some complications — none of which I attribute to my doctor. Everything he did was amazing. The wounds healed quickly and there were no medical complications. It’s just you don’t really know how the human body will respond to the trauma of surgery, and once everything settles, you can reevaluate.  My left breast seems to be settling to the side and my right breast is more in front. There is a degree of asymmetry. I might seek a revision or some fat grafting in the future.

However, I fully trust Dr. Guerra if that should be needed, and would recommend him for this and other procedures.
