It's been 7 weeks now since my surgery.. My scabs have finally gone away and I just started scar treatment.. I'm using the silicone strips right now for 2 weeks and then I'm going to switch to a gel treatment for 2 weeks I think.. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow for a follow up and I'll ask more about it then.. I started to wear regular bras with underwire.. Sometimes they are a little uncomfortable and I can't wear them for long but that is getting better.. I still wear my post surgery bra to bed.. I'm still very happy with my results and they seem to be healing better and better the longer time goes by..

Another question..do you know if your dr did an auto-augmentation lift or just a regular lift with the anchor technique? From what I'm finding not many drs so the auto augmentation. I'm afraid I don't have enough tissue for your kind of results. I mean, I don't expect 'big', I'd just like to have a 'handful'..know what I mean? If I knew I could get results like you, I'd do it! You look great!

I'm pretty sure he didn't do an auto augmentation.. He never mentioned anything about it.. I was afraid of the same thing, that I would end up with no boobs.. I had so much extra skin when I lifted them they were just flat in my hand and I thought I had no tissue left just extra skin.. I was afraid that I was going to be an A cup without implants.. But my doctor said he was going to make them "nice and perky" and he did.. I believe that your results have A LOT to do with your surgeon.. What bra size are you right now?..

Well, I was fitted at Aerie a couple of years ago as a 34D. The bras I have in that size fit, but I most certainly don't believe I'm a D haha... If I am it's a lot of loose skin as well as the tissue. When the surgeon I consulted with asked what size I wore he gave me a very funny look when I told him. But, like I said, your before pics look very similar to me. That gives me hope. I'm almost thinking of driving to your surgeon! It'd only be like 5 hours.

My bras were a 34D before surgery bc that was my size before my second child but I didn't fill the cup.. I bet you're bigger than me (breast size) so you should definitely have the same fullness as me if not more.. I would say definitely drive to Columbus but there are a lot of follow up appointments after too..

Finally sleeping on my side now :-).. I tried to wear a normal bra but the underwire still hurts so I've still been wearing my post surgery bra 24/7 still.. Scabs are almost all gone and the I'm going to start my scaring treatments.. My breasts are still tender but not near as bad as before..

1 Month Post Surgery

Finally able to move around more normal now.. Still a little numbness and sensitivity but it keeps improving with time.. Still have some scabs.. Hopefully starting scar treatment in a week once scabs are all gone..

What was your pre surgery cup size? Did it go up or down after surgery?

Honestly I'm not sure.. After my pregnancies they got smaller and I had a lot of extra skin.. Before children I was a 32D after children I'm guessing a 32B/C.. I never bought new bras and just wore the bigger cup size.. So to answer your question they definitely didn't get smaller after surgery which I was afraid of they are the same or even slightly bigger bc they are pushed up to where they are suppose to be.. Hope I helped answer your question..
