My experience with Dr. Heck was amazing

My girls are healing nicely. I’m overly satisfied with my results. I have no pain, nipples are in a good shape and I have feeling. I have started scar tx but often forget to keep consistent. I still wear a bra for 24 hours and they’re healing pretty good. If I go out I don’t wear a bra. Dr. Heck exceeded my expectation and I am pleased.

Hey guys!!! Boobs are slightly rounding out but I was told to wear my special bras and be patient on the process. They can take up to 6 months to push out and drop. I was using dial soap and it dried my boobs out a bit. Here’s an update.

Things you don’t think about. I had virtually no pain and minimal discomfort. But sleeping for days on your back or upright is very uncomfortable. You also want to take it easy in general because out of nowhere, you’ll find yourself making a move that compromises your stitches. Something as simple at opening your car door can be a moment where you over extended. I am not going to lie, I skipped a shower for a day to leave my breast alone. Two days ago I moved the gauze pad and accidentally pulled at my some skin which led to a small amount of bleeding. I also have tons of redness around the incisions, which I was told was normal. I am only showering with dial soap and applying peroxide. I wear a surgical bra non stop. I have a follow up appt soon. Here are updated pics!! Still in love with my results a week out!!
