My experience with Dr. Heck was amazing

My experience with Dr. Heck was amazing. I started my journey on YouTube looking at women who either had a lift, augmentation, or both. My journey led me to real self to find my surgeon. After extensive research I decided to consult with 3 doctors. Dr. Heck of Columbus, Dr. Donaldson of Columbus, and Dr. Ary Krau of Florida. Dr. Heck made me the most comfortable in the goals I wanted. So I went to office they took picks of my breast and then we discussed what made the most sense. Dr. Heck recommended just a lift, because I didn’t want bigger. From that appointment, I found myself stuck between a lift or a lift and augmentation. So I did a second consult with Donaldson and he recommended the same thing a lift. Still confused I did a virtual appointment with Krau and paid a deposit, but after a month of continued research on Heck, I called them and made a deposit.
Things to know when booking: your down payment is not refundable, you have to pay the anesthesiologist, and surgery center separate. I had my surgery scheduled for 2/24/21. The process before was to get a physical and blood work which I had sent to the office. I had to pay the surgery center fee on my own as well. I had to get 4 prescriptions filled before surgery. I also had to stop vitamins and meds 30 days before. After that I just waited and had a Covid test done days before the surgery. Day of the surgery I got there early after a call from the surgery center telling me to come in. Everyone was super friendly and easy to get along with. They put me in a gown, had me sanitize my chest, and then an IV was started. They also put nausea medication and a drip was started to ensure hydration. Anesthesiologist came in and explained the process. Then Heck came in and drew on me with a marker, he also measured everything and made suggestions. Once that was done the anesthesiologist inserted some meds and then they rode me to a room and I was out.
Post surgery: Woke up and had some pain. Scale 1-10 I was at a 3. She gave me meds until I felt comfortable. After that they called my ride and observed me to see if I was nauseous. I was not and felt fine. Due to Corona, I couldn’t have a friend there. She was explained the directions and I was before surgery.
All in all day 1 went well. I have not looked at my boobs and I have did not look at much. I am sleeping upright with a hubby pillow and have taken all my meds. I currently don’t have any pain, but I anticipate some tomorrow.

Day 3 and I am very impressed!!! Beyond exceeded my expectations!!! Also I don’t have any pain at all!!! They cleaned me up with hydrogen peroxide, took pics, and sent me on my way. I was told they’ll be boxy but will round out in a few months!!! I am pleased so far!!! Blood flow is there, scars look good, some bleeding onto the gauze pads!!! No scar cream applied just yet.

So I just took a shower with dial soap and I’m feeling pretty good!!! I also blotted with hydrogen peroxide all over the stitches. I did have a restless night of sleep. Sleeping upright is pretty tough. I’m still impressed with the work!!! He exceeded my expectations!!!!
