My Experience with Dr Ruben
WORTH IT
I truly wish I could give Dr. Rubén Agredano and his entire team more than five stars because this experience meant so much more to me than just having cosmetic surgery.
About 9 years ago, I had a tummy tuck and unfortunately I did not do enough research before choosing my surgeon. My experience was very difficult and honestly traumatic for me. My wounds opened during recovery, I felt like my doctor did not care, and there were moments when I was genuinely scared for my life. My recovery was painful, stressful, and I remember feeling completely hopeless and alone.
Because of that experience, the thought of ever having cosmetic surgery again was terrifying. This time around, I promised myself I would do things differently. I went to several consultations, asked a lot of questions, and really paid attention to how each doctor made me feel.
From the moment I met Dr. Rubén Agredano, I felt something different. He was the only doctor who made me feel truly safe, heard, understood, and cared for. He never pressured me into making a decision and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to listen to my concerns, especially knowing about my previous experience, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before moving forward.
I ended up having a breast lift, chin liposuction, and bichectomy with Dr. Agredano, and I can honestly say my experience was completely different from what I went through years ago. I absolutely LOVE my results. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and my recovery was so much smoother than I ever imagined it could be.
A huge reason for that was the care I received from Dr. Agredano and his amazing team. Ayelin, his assistant, was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. On the day of surgery, she stayed by my side and held my hand all the way to the operating room. After everything I had been through in the past, that kindness and reassurance meant more to me than I can explain.
Karla, his nurse, was also absolutely amazing. She took such good care of me during my recovery, showed me exactly how to care for my wounds, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Agredano had her check on me every day until he personally felt comfortable with how I was healing. That level of follow-up gave me so much peace of mind.
For someone who had such a scary experience with cosmetic surgery before, being cared for this way completely changed how I viewed the entire process. I never felt abandoned, ignored, or like I was on my own. I felt protected, supported, and genuinely cared for from beginning to end.
Dr. Agredano is not only extremely talented, but he truly cares about his patients. His team reflects that same level of compassion, professionalism, patience, and attention.
I am beyond thankful for my beautiful results, but even more thankful for the way Dr. Agredano, Ayelin, Karla, and the entire team made me feel throughout this journey. They gave me the experience I wish I would have had 9 years ago.
