Me and my spouse both had surgery with DR. RUBÉN AGREDANO , 3 weeks ago in May 2022. I had consultation with over 10 doctors in Mexico and decided to go with this doctor as it was easy to verify all the doctors licenses. So far we are satisfied with our results. Dr and his staff were very professional and Gisela answered all our questions before and after surgery. I had liposuction, abdominal etching and fat grafting to Chest , I am still sore after 3 weeks but have started to see my results. I wanted to look like looked when I was 30. I am 55 at the present time. I have downloaded picutres showing my stomach changing from March to May and After Surgery. My first consultation with doctor was in March 2022 and he asked me to loose 10 Lbs as most of the fat I had was internal fat so doing etching would not be good. So look at picutre 2 (May 2022) where I lost 16 lbs by going on a strict diet and exercise and lost 16 lbs before surgery and picture 3 is showing how I look 5 days after surgery. My Chest is very big in that picture (after surgery) but since then it has started to look more normal and better. I am still sore and doing massages every couple of days. Since surgery I have lost 5 more lbs so my 6 packs are now started to show up. I went from 178 lbs to 158 lbs. Will keep you posted with more picutres as months go by.
I am 30 yrs old with a 4 year old , I have always had an issue my stomach , my lower pouch has always been an issue , I am a personal trainer and I used to compete and that was always my problem area. I’ll keep updating my journey, stay tuned Updated on 25 Jan 2019: Updated on 2 Feb 2019: I leave in 2 weeks , my surgery is booked for feb 22 2019, I’m actually have some serious doubts about this I feel like 1. I’m being silly that’s I’m spending so much money on my body and I guess I feel guilt about it. 2. I’m having doubts about the tummy tuck , its constantly playing over and over in my head that I’ll be cut open lol 3. I keep thinking what if something goes Wrong!!! I mean in the recovery like what if I scar really bad or I don’t heal properly. I know it’s normal to have some doubts but I Duno I kinda told myself to just see how I feel a week before the surgery and then I go it’s my gut feeling if I only want my boobs then just do that. I actually told the surgeon I’m having doubts , he has been so great at communicating with me , we talk through what’s app, any question I have he answers right away. So he called me and he reassured me that everything will be great and he told me to lay off the YouTube videos and blogs of ppl because their experiences are different from mine and it is most likely psyching myself out . He said to focus on him as a surgeon and focus on the work he has done and just to trust him. I’ll keep posting as I get closer to the date. Updated on 24 Feb 2019: So I didn’t end up doing the tummy tuck, I just felt like it wasn’t the right timing for me, so I needed up doing breast lift with implants and lipo sculpture on my back , arms , knees and fat transfer to my butt. First day post was was horrible !!!! The lipo hurts soooooo much!! My back feels like it got that by bees and someone purée cement on my back it’s so tight. My butt it’s all bruised and hurts to sit down I have drains on my implants and drains in my back . The nurse came today to remove my boob drains it didn’t hurt at all. Day 2- feeling way better than day one , drains came up from the boobs , back still really really sore but the swelling is going down! Updated on 27 Feb 2019: The lipo is killing me , the bbl is so painful , my boobs aren’t that painful compared to the bbl and lipo on the back. Lipo on your back makes your back feels sooooo right and like it’s on fire. Everyday is a bit better but today I woke up crying fro mane frustration of having another day that I have to stay laying down doing nothing. I didn’t do the tummy tuck , and I’m glad I didn’t because I can barely move as it is right now , I’ll do the tummy tuck at a later time I have been taking arnica , Rosemary Tea for the swelling , antibiotics and pain killers Updated on 27 Feb 2019: The night before surgery pictures Updated on 2 Mar 2019: My feet are extremely swollen I was very worried I mentioned it to the dr. He said it’s normal because I got lipo on my knees and it will be swollen for a bit. It’s super frustrating and I had a panic attack last night because I left like it was never going to get better. Everyone talks about a the pain with surgery but never the mind struggle it is. Not being able to move and constantly be in pain, being so swollen that you can’t even see the results it’s so hard to see the end of the tunnel. Don’t worry the Light in there ! Eventually you’ll find it lol I feel like I finally found it today , I can start to see the results. Despite of my swollen legs.
Horrible doctor. Avoid at all costs!!! Cost me so much money to try and fix the permanent damage he's done in muscle damage and scars to my breasts, uneven fat transfer and liposuction. He also caused permanent paralysis in my chin and I now need a mentalis resuspension due to the damage he's done . I had to get 3 gum grafts due to him sewing my gums so high to my teeth in my mouth and the pain and tightness was horrific I couldn't even put my lips together. I have nerve damage in my chin that causes me not to be able to eat or talk normal without pain now . He ignored all my emails after I left Mexico back to Canada and told him I knew something wasn't right and the pain and scars im left with has been horrible . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Thank you for sharing your inquiry ... ! In your particular case we have 2 options: a) liposuction to transfer fat from places where this fat is not desirable (abdomen, waist, love handles, legs, etc) to the hollow portions of your hips in order to get the heart shaped body you wish and / or b) hip implant placement in the hip area to increase the volume of this part of the body in case you don't gave enough fat volume for a noticeable volume change after injection. Either of these procedures should be evaluated during your consultation for a more suitable body analysis and decision making.
