Will Charge Your Credit Card Without You Knowing

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Please be wary of giving your credit card information to this clinic!!!!
They will charge you and have charged me a huge amount without prior authorization.

Dealing with mental illness is hard and at times while managing I can be late to an appointment. I had let Dr. Power know I would be 5-7 minutes late to my appointment that day. I got in, filled out an intake form and had my consult with Dr. Power.
Later on I was charged an arbitrary amount for my consultation which I thought would be free. I inquired about the charge and the clinic handled it terribly. I called again today to ask about somehow waiving the fee they had never told me about and Dr. Power's response was to lie about the amount of time I was late and let me know they had emailed me the policies and it was 'my fault' for not checking my email (they were in reminder emails at the very bottom and not mentioned to me by phone at the start or when I emailed saying I would be a bit late.)
As someone who has to work around her dissabilities a late fee for the whole consultation cost would have been very vital information to know when booking the appointment. Dr. Power must have also included the time it took to fill out my paper intake form into my 'late time'. I understand a surgeons time is money but it was only me in the clinic and if time was at the essence a long and detailed intake form for a free consultation should have just been emailed to me before hand.
I am not looking to be treated differently for my disability I just thought that as the clinic was and is informed of my disabilities, I would have been treated with more compassion but instead I was charged against my knowledge, lied to about the amount of time I was late for and basically given a tough luck from Dr. Power.
Compassion is not one of her strong suits. Please be wary when you book. Ask about all fees before you trust them with money. You are just another credit card to them.

They have lied to me about my late times said I was 20-25 minutes when I was barely 10 minutes to justify charging me and lied about letting me know of their policy before hand. Good thing I have proof. Please be careful handing out credit card information.
