Office review - very professional, reassuring and incredibly patient

I had a bilateral mastopexy a year ago to correct developmental breast issues. I was somewhat anxious about the procedure beforehand but it’s something I’ve wanted for a long time and finally plucked up the courage to get it done.

I felt really lucky to have found Miss Highton who listened to what I wanted, was very professional, reassuring and incredibly patient in answering all my questions - no matter how many there were I felt like her door was always open to me. She helped me weigh up the pros and cons for potential further surgery and I was grateful that she was so open and honest with me.

A year on and I feel so much more confident and happier and I wish I had done it a long time ago. I felt like I was in very good hands from start to finish and I’d thoroughly recommend Miss Highton to anyone, she is fantastic in her field of work and gives life changing results.
