3 Month Post Op

Really nothing new to report other than the open spot under my left breast has healed. To be totally honest I haven’t messed around anymore with scar treatments. I am pleased with how they are healing on their own. I still check the incisions every day but overall I am super happy with my result. I will see my PS next week to talk about implants but I’m leaning towards no for now.
On a side note I work in healthcare and got my first Covid vaccine (Pfizer). I had a sore arm for a couple days, Tylenol was my friend but no other side effects. Next shot is on the 30th. I highly recommend everyone get the vaccines when it is available to y’all. I will update after I get the second one only because they say that one is the brutal one...

Scar Treatment

Let me start by saying I have had a very smooth recovery and would do it again. I did however have my upside down “T” incision under my left breast opened up a little. I caught it very early and sent pics to my PS. I cannot emphasize enough to TAKE PICTURES EVERY DAY IN SAME LIGHTING and all angles. I started out using the vitamin E ointment which did a great job. I switched to the ScarAway silicone strips a couple weeks ago. I really am not sure why I switched other than I used them with my TT. As you can see from my pics it was a very small hole. I actually felt a stitch poking through. My PS told me to stop the silicone strips immediately and start using Triple Antibiotic ointment and cover with gauze. I have been doing that since December 8 or 9 and as you can see it did wonders. It’s not completely healed but most of my scars are really nonexistent. My right breast is PERFECT! I will try to do an updated pic in a week. I am still so happy I did this. You can say I am still obsessed lol.

32DDD TO 34D

I went bra shopping yesterday. I went to VS and had the one associate measure me. She ended up saying I was a 34D. I was disappointed due to Covid the fitting rooms were closed. I picked out 4 push-up bras because they are my favorite. I was however very worried because I couldn’t try on first but also excited to get home and try them on. To my surprise they fit. The test will be me wearing the bra all day to see if the girls stay in place. I will do an update on that this week.
