I have written a third review as mine is a slightly different journey. I started out with large breast 34F but they had dropped and I had asymmetry. So in 2015 I had a breast lift plus small implants to regain some upper pole. The procedure was successful but I found my breast to health but was pleased with the appearance.
Feb 8th 2018 I had the implants removed, a breast lift incorporating an auto-augmentation. This is where your own breast tissue is used to give a natural upper pole and fullness.
It’s been a tricky two weeks, the procedure was fab as were Adrain Richards and the amazing Aggi. I have had a lot of swelling, bruising and an allergy to the tape. Day 14 I have turned a corner and am feeling so much better.

Hi Lynne, If you look at my profile your see my original boobs, I was a 34f. Four years ago I had an uplift with implants but gradually got up to a 34g... I never wanted bigger boobs but wanted volume that’s why I had implants. I found them too big, too heavy and it made me feel so big. So with my surgery I had implants removed, an uplift and auto augmentation. So my own breast tissue was used to give some upper pole and fill the pocket where implant had been. Sounds gross but such a pleasing result. I am still swollen but feel I will end up 34E which is perfect as so many bras are available up to an E. Are you having your procedure with Adrian Richards? X

Yes I definitely am I had breast implants put in by him and he did a great job I think he’s lovely too. But my implants have high risk of bia alcl so I’m considering explant and this auto augmentation which you have had . What size were u before the surgery and what size are you now ? X
He did my implants and uplift fours years ago, to honest they were great but I already had big boobs but droopy too so the implant was for upper pole and only around 210c but I ended up over the four years going from 34f to 34g due to age and implant. I think I might be a 34e, it’s only been six weeks so not messaged yet. I possibly should have done the auto augmentation in the first place. What size were you before our implants? I will try and upload a photo from last week x
They look perfect!! That's what I want to look like! I wonder if they do this in the US? I'm going to ask my PS about this.
