42 yr old Mom w/ arms & inner knees Lipo & Breast lift

My scars are starting to fade. After the infection on my left side I think it's a bit more deflated than the right side. My bra size hasn't really changed much. I'm just going to keep using the scar gel Dr Azad gave me. It seems to be doing good. I did have to go and have a stitch removed that was poking through the skin. I have another one that's barely coming through but I'm nervous about having it trimmed. We'll see.

All is going well. I feel great. I'm loving my results still. I'm walking and doing light cardio trying to get rid of the weight that I gained during my recovery. I've started lifting a tiny bit more than the 5lbs. I'm lifting a gallon of milk which weighs 8lbs and I'm not having any pain or issues. I go back in 2 weeks for my final post op visit. I've been using the scar cream that the Dr gave be. I've also been using a muscle roller on my lipo areas even though they don't feel like they need it. I've stopped wearing compression. I've been tapping myself and I haven't swollen since I've stopped the compression. Overall all is well.

I'm loving my new body. I've been dry brushing to help with the lipo itching. My skin is starting to tighten back up and in so ready to get out of this compression. I'm still doing the lymphatic massage and they're doing the cavitation and lipo laser once a week. I'm still taking the collagen and vitamins. I am really missing working out and I can tell my body misses it too. I go back in a few weeks and hopefully he'll let me get back to doing cardio and let me lift more than 5lbs. I have been feeling tingling and numbness in my lipo areas. I've been having some "zingers" and itching in my breasts. Everything I've read says the zingers or sharp quick pains are my nerves reattaching. I'm gaining more sensation in my right side so I am pretty sure that's what it is. My lipo scars are looking better too. I've started with the scar cream that Dr Azad gave me.
