I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Morán and appreciated his careful, thoughtful approach throughout my surgery and recovery.
He was meticulous and attentive to detail, and I was pleased with the appearance of my incision. I also valued how honest and forthcoming he was about what he could and could not accomplish. He helped me develop realistic expectations, which made me feel informed and comfortable with my decisions.
His professionalism continued after surgery. He visited patients at the recovery house, and the nurses had clear protocols for communicating with him about each patient’s progress, drain output, and overall recovery. That level of attention and accountability gave me added peace of mind during the process.
I underwent a mommy makeover that included breast work, a lower body lift, liposuction, and fat transfer. My procedures were primarily reconstructive, so I can only speak from my personal experience with those procedures.
I am only three weeks post-op, and I am already very happy with how things are progressing. The photo I’m sharing is from three weeks after surgery. If this review platform allows updates, I would be glad to continue sharing photos as my recovery continues over the next few months.
I also want to recognize his coordinator, who has been kind, attentive, organized, and responsive. They work very well together and made the experience feel coordinated and supportive.
I am considering returning to Dr. Morán for work on my arms and possibly my thighs. That reflects the confidence I have developed in him based on my experience so far.
I would recommend Dr. Morán to anyone considering reconstructive surgery who is looking for a careful, honest, and attentive surgeon.
