I Have the Best Breast Lift I've Ever Seen!

I had always struggled with the appearance of my breasts. When I was slimmer, I thought they were too small; after gaining weight, I realised it was actually their shape that I was unhappy with. It wasn’t until I met Dr Sawyer that I learned I had tuberous breasts, which finally helped me understand what I had disliked about them for so long.
After researching surgeons extensively, I chose Dr Sawyer because of his consistently excellent reviews and the quality of his results. From my first consultation, he was professional, meticulous and clearly a perfectionist. I particularly loved how his work achieved beautiful symmetry and a feminine, full shape.
Dr Sawyer recommended having a breast lift first to correct the asymmetry, with the option of adding implants later. I trusted his judgement, although I genuinely expected that I would still want implants afterwards. I was completely wrong. The result of my breast lift has exceeded everything I thought was possible without implants. My breasts are round, full and beautifully shaped, while still using my own natural tissue. I’m genuinely blown away by the result and no longer feel that I need implants.
My scars are also remarkably flat and minimal. I was concerned about keloid scarring, but Dr Sawyer gave me clear advice about scar management, which has worked incredibly well for me. For me, the scars are completely worth the transformation.
The surgical experience itself was excellent. I was very nervous on the day, but Dr Sawyer immediately put me at ease, and I experienced surprisingly little pain throughout my recovery.
I also have to mention Claire, Dr Sawyer’s secretary, who has been an enormous part of such a positive experience. She is knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I have questions.
My breasts have gone from being the part of my body I felt most self-conscious about to the part I absolutely love. I still look at the result and can’t quite believe the difference. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a surgeon of this standard locally in Southampton. I genuinely believe that I have the best breast lift I've ever seen!
I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sawyer to anyone looking for meticulous breast surgery, excellent aftercare and a surgeon who genuinely prioritises achieving the best result for the individual patient.
