I'm currently 2 days out from my breast lift and implant removal. Prior to surgery, I had D breasts, and 500 cc saline implants on top of this, bringing me to a DDD. Steely drained my implants approx 2 years ago after they started leaking. My removal and lift surgery plans were delayed, and then Covid hit so I waited further. Thus far I am beyond happy with the results. I met with many doctors before choosing Steely. He was one of the few who truly respected my wishes of not wanting implants again. He was courteous, attentive, informative, & professional. I will continue to post updates.

I was a 32 DDD with implants (implant surgery Dec 2005). I had them deflated with Steely after they started to leak saline a few years ago, and finally took time to go in and have the bags removed and the lift. I am now a 32C.

Looks great so far! I am a very similar situation. Have my explant and lift scheduled for June.

I had 350cc saline implants to “lift” my 34D chest about 9 years ago. I’m filling out a 34DDD now after some subtle weight gain and it’s unmanageable. I’m nervous that I won’t like the size and shape post surgery so this gives me a lot of hope!!

Looks great. I’m scheduled for November 3rd and can’t wat. I’m a 34 DD with 650 implants, can’t wait to get them out with a lift. I have no issues. After 10 yrs I’m ready for them to come out. Thank you for sharing.
