Terrible Experience

I had breast enlargement surgery with Dr. David Lam in October 2021. Initially, my consultation and recovery process were smooth, and I was hopeful about my results. However, over time, my left breast has completely drooped due to what I now know were poorly fitted implants. I now require reconstruction surgery to fix the issue.

When I tried to book a follow-up appointment to discuss my concerns, I was asked to pay a fee just to be seen. The post-care experience has been incredibly disappointing—now that the money has been taken, there seems to be little regard for the long-term outcome of the surgery. I underwent this procedure to gain confidence, as I had very little to begin with, but instead, it has left me feeling worse than ever.

Due to the lack of proper care and support after the surgery, I am now taking legal action. I would strongly advise anyone considering surgery with Dr. Lam to do thorough research before making a decision.
