I was recommended Mr Karoo and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. It was due to ruptures from implants 18 years previously, so was very concerned that there would be a lot of work to sort it out. From the very first consultation, he made me feel completely at ease. He was never pushy, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which really put my mind at rest.

What I appreciated most was how carefully he listened to what I wanted. I was very clear that I was aiming for a natural look, and he genuinely took that into consideration and agreed that would be exactly what he would do. I felt fully involved in every decision.

The operation itself went smoothly, and the hospital care was excellent, the staff were kind, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience far less daunting. Post-op, I was in hardly any pain, just a bit of discomfort that passed after a couple of days, exactly as explained beforehand.

The results are exactly what I hoped for, natural and beautifully done. On top of being an incredibly skilled surgeon, he’s also a really lovely guy with a great personality, which makes such a difference when you’re trusting someone with something so personal.

I would thoroughly recommend Mr Karoo to anyone considering cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.
