Same shirt. Might be bigger than rice sizers.
WORTH IT$5,900
Decided to put on the same shirt I was wearing when I tried on the rice sizers. I think my boobs are actually a little bigger, which makes sense because the rice sizers were 375 or 385cc.
I don’t usually think they’re “too big” but pictures like this make me thinks I’m delusional.

13 Days Post Op and Sooooo Happy!
Have I said enough about how great Dr. Desai is? If not, let me count the ways: he is always so patient and never rushes you away during appointments, whether pre or post op; he is down to earth and approachable, which makes it easy to ask him the most ridiculous of questions without feeling ridiculous for it; and, perhaps most importantly, he is AMAZING at what he does. My boobs look better than I could have imagined they would. He did not try to talk me into a lift even though he could have. He heard me when I expressed my desires and made that his priority. I could not be happier!!
Now on to healing and other details. I feel fantastic. I had my first post-op appt. at 10 days post because of the holiday. During my appt. we discussed scar and breast massage. I purchased biocorneum (sheesh it’s expensive but I figure there must be a reason, so move over Mederma). The skin on my boobs has been tender but the boobs themselves fine. I have minimal soreness and I would say no “pain” at all. The boobs are sitting high still and I’m hoping they stay somewhat high given that i didn’t get a lift.
Photos of them in a sports bra from this morning. Oh, I’m walking every day for a minimum of one hour but upwards of 2 hours total throughout the day.

6 Days Post-Op — Feel Fine and Looking Forward to Final Results
At 5 days post op, I didn’t take anything at all for pain. I think I’m mostly beyond the point of pain except when I move wrong or have a random cramping sensation in my boobs. I’d say the recovery after the first day is pretty easy. I was afraid it was going to be brutal once I got to 1 day post op because it definitely hurt like hell. Now, it’s just uncomfortable tightness in my chest.
I took a picture while walking....gahhh not working out for another 3 weeks is going to kill me. I’m guessing running won’t come for another 5 weeks.
This shirt is thin like a sheet and I’m wearing my very thin surgical bra, so this is the size of my actual boobs right now. They are big but in clothes I feel like they are totally appropriate...naked, they look great (photo attached).

As far as working out... What are you all doing?
Currently, I just walk. I don’t think you’re supposed to get your heart rate up for a few weeks. Once I’m cleared for it I’ll add lower body strength training, then spinning, then jogging, then running.
I've been following your review because it's hard to find a review from someone who works out. I'm getting my BA on the 10th with Desai, Haven't picked a size yet (just a range). But I'm also super active and fear my lack patience while I heal lol.
Dr. Desai is the best surgeon I could have asked for. I went into surgery wanting 385 or 415cc and let him choose based on what he thought during the surgery.
As for working out, it’s really really hard for me not to. I usually work out 6-7 days a week without fail.
I think you are looking great. I read on someone else’s review that you might have gone too big. I want to encourage you to just give them time. You are probably still swollen and since they haven’t dropped seen bigger.
Hang in there!!!! ❤️
Thank you!! I keep feeling up and down about the size—“too big,” “no they’re perfect,”...rinse and repeat. I’m hoping I think they’re perfect once they are settled and in their final position.
