Implant exchange from saline to silicone.

I wanted to exchange my original saline implants since the day I came home from my surgery 13 years ago. I wanted silicone but it was off the market then and I wasn’t old enough for silicone anyway. I’ve breastfed 3 beautiful babies since then so they were definitely due for an upgrade. I did a lot research over the past two years while saving up for the surgery trying to find the right surgeon. All you mamas know our kiddos come first and it can be hard to justify spending that much money on ourselves even though we should pamper ourselves every now and then ???? I found Dr. Bryson Richards in Las Vegas and after my consultation I felt he was confident in being able to give me what I wanted and so I scheduled my surgery for June 12, 2018. I must say that i am very please with the results so far but my whole experience there was a little rocky. I absolutely loved some of the staff there and am grateful for the ease they made me feel. Unfortunately, in my case, the communication was not there in a lot of areas and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I do believe Dr. Richards is very talented at what he does and I’m thankful for the amazing work he did on me. I’ll upload some pictures later.
