Hate my Breast Implants

I had my boobs done a couple of years ago & hated the result, they were that awful before though that anything was an improvement. But after watching a million episodes of botched I’ve now decided I shouldn’t settle for bad. I highlighted my concern at my follow up appointment for double bubble.. surgeon had no concerns and it didn’t go away after 6 months as told. The breasts are two completely different shapes with two completely different nipples. I had larger nipples before that were way to big for my tiny c cup breasts (my breasts were wide to begin with but had 0 breast tissue at the top of the breast despite me not having children & only being 22). I believe now I should possibly have had an uplift as well as implants.. I did also ask my surgeon if my breasts before were tubular but he said no. I had my implants under the muscle 400cc - recovery was completely fine minimal pain. But the aesthetic look of them makes me feel sick every day looking at them.
Now I am on a journey to find out what I can do to correct these.. will it be implant replacement & uplift? Or just implant replacement & nipple correction… any advice would be greatly appreciated.
One thing I did learn on my cosmetic journey is that you cannot always achieve the exact wish pic you desire as it is all based on your anatomy to begin with. For example my wish pic was E sized round boobs with no gap in between but as mine were set quite far apart anyway I was told this would never be achievable. Everyone’s body is different & results really do always vary.
