Not a Good Experience

my experience started in 2018 when I went in for replacement breast implants as one had leaked. All seemed to go as planned but after the swelling had gone own i still had pain. I thought it was just the surgery but months later it was still there. I couldn't stand it and tried everything to get rid of the pain i stretched my arm up as high as i could and felt a pop and no more pain. implant released from under implant. I had an ultrasound done and the they located a piece of silicone. I rang Dr Moncrieff and he told me to take pain meds. After a second call to him he made an appointment with a surgeon to remove the silicone. I was contacted by a female after i put up my first post about this as she was trying to get me to take the post down and told me I hadn't paid for anything and I said I have paid for 2 consults already so she agreed to pay for them if I took down my post down and I agreed not thinking there would be another surgery later. I had to wait a few months for surgery and everything seemed fine afterwards. Then came another pain but worse than the first and had an ultrasound and couldn't believe another piece of silicone. Rang Dr Moncrieff again and had a conversation not only with him but a female that was telling him what to say so I asked if I could just speak to Dr Moncrieff and he told me it wasn't his fault that this happened. not sure whose fault it would be when you pay good money to someone to do a job and it hasn't been done properly. Again was sent off to the same surgeon that did the first surgery. He was excellent and couldn't understand why Dr Moncrieff would say that.I waited 6 months for the second surgery and all the time it felt like pressure on a neve or muscle. Finally 3 weeks ago I had the second surgery and for the first time in 6 and half years I am pain free. It has come at my expense as I now have a 2cm scar first surgery and a 4cm scar from second surgery on my breast. I received no paperwork prior to replacement surgery that this may happen so I take it that is shouldn't have happened. My experience with Dr Moncrieff was unprofessional as he didn't want to take responsibility for anything. My other breast has gone out of shape but Dr Moncrieff told me that is was normal by looking at a photo and not even wanting to see me and check this out properly. I did all the research before I picked Dr Moncrieff but am very disappointed with what i had to endure.
