WORTH IT$6,000
I've always had a small chest but breastfeeding 2 children and weigh training left me feeling deflated and not very feminine. I have been contemplating breast implants for many years. I want to feel feminine and the only time I really liked my shape was when I had bigger breasts when pregnant/breastfeeding.

I’m quite sore and feeling bruised (mainly the ribs) from surgery. Pain is managed with the medication. Breasts are feeling VERY tight.

Hello! I went to Dr Magge yesterday to get a BA too! He is amazing! How many cc did you get?

Oh yay! I really liked him and the whole office has been great! So you had surgery already or did the consult?
After me measured my chest he suggested 300cc mentor classic would be the best option for my frame! So far I'm thrilled with the results

Did you go under the muscle I’m having a really hard time deciding between under and over I don’t have much tissue to go over but I work out a lot and the thought of having animation deformity from under the muscle sort of scares me

I totally get it. I had the same concerns and went back and forth. At the end of the day, I chose under the muscle because I wanted them to look the most natural and I did not have enough tissue to hide the implant over the muscle.
Even with deadlifting, I would notice the muscle bulge while I lifted. I figured if it's already going to look funky without the implant, why avoid the implant.
My main concern with under the muscle is loss of strength due to the pec being altered but I don't lift competitively so I made the decision to go under the muscle for the aesthetics.

I'm so glad you mentioned deadlifting.... people will say they're active but I never get a feel for just how active they really are. I play tennis almost everyday and am at the gym every other day doing weights/cardio so this gives me hope. I'm tentatively planning on a March BA with Magge and I don't have enough tissue to go over the muscle but have been so worried about losing strength if I go under the muscle. Thanks so much for your review!!

You're welcome! I'll be released to start lifting again in 2 weeks. I don't be going super heavy but I do play to get in some smaller deadlifts (maybe start with 65lbs instead of my normal 185) and just see how it feels! I'll keep posted!

4 days post op, still very swollen and bloated from surgery. Things are still quite stiff but improving. Has some rib tenderness on the right side and had some noticeable swelling. I reached out to Dr Magge, sent him pictures and video showing swelling and he assured me it was quite normal and to keep resting.
