4 months Post Op

I’m very happy with my 4 month post op progress! I do have a bit of implant bulging but that’s due to my pregnancy/breastfeeding fluctuations. It’s nothing super noticeable to anyone else but myself and it goes away with a slight poke of the finger! My dr said he could fix it with some mesh if it bothered me that much but for now I think it just looks like a small vein to an untrained eye! I’m excited for my first swim season with my new breasts!

2 weeks post op

jodip0848
It’s been 2 weeks. Things are progressing right along. I took the post op strips off my incisions and things look great. Implants are moving down. I am using a band during the day to help them settle in quicker. I started the post op massages and things are softening up and there’s great movement so far (see video)! I’m feeling good about progress at this point. I almost have full range of motion but sill a bit tight in my chest when arms are fully extended overhead.

I'm 2 weeks post op as well. What band do you use? I want to help mine settle quicker as well

I don't know the brand. It's just a generic band that my Doctor gives to his patients. Maybe ask your dr if they have any you can have!

They look great! Settling in nicely!

Thank you! I'm happy with them so far!!

They look great! I’m getting mine done in March. I’m currently a 33 A. I’m getting a slight lift too. Do you mind me asking what type of implant you got and how many CCs?

Saw your answers elsewhere! 300 cc is what I’m thinking. Thanks for posting your pictures and video. It’s really helpful!

Yep! 300cc low profile so they will sit a bit closer together but not stick out as far as ugh profile. I wanted the most natural look to get back to what I had when I was breastfeeding! Good luck!!!

Are you still able to be active? What is you current level of activity post surgery?

Right now m riding my peloton and doing lower body workouts without weight loading. So a lot of hip circle work and body weight work. Next Wednesday I'll be 4 weeks post op and they still doing want me lifting weights overhead but I'm going to try doing some curls and banded back movements to see how I feel!

That’s encouraging as I am an avid Peloton rider! I can’t imagine going too many weeks without exercise.

My Dr has had pretty strict guidelines on HR and such. They haven't wanted me to get above 100bpm (to prevent internal bleeding while healing) but that was only for 3 weeks. So while I'm not setting any records, I'm at least moving!

Interesting they said to go braless. Mine are still high and swollen (I sure hope they settle down) so thank you for your updates. I got 300 cc mod plus profile- I just went with what my PS recommended. I wonder about no bra for me and using a band hmmmmm

Did you chat with your doctor about it? The band and massage has really helped my settling into a good place!

More ‘before’

jodip0848
I have had a few requests in my inbox about what my ‘pre baby’, ‘pregnancy’ and ‘breast feeding’ breasts looked like.
I was an A(small B maybe) before kids. While pregnant (36DDD/34F at the end) after my milk stabilized, was a 34D/32DD for 15 months and my body did this for both pregnancies. What I was left with is the ‘before’ in my pre-surgery photos. Very deflated.
