1 Year!
One year since getting boobs! Still so happy that I had finally done this, though I do still feel that I went slightly too big for my liking. But one day if I eventually have kids I may loose my natural breast tissue which may put me at a size I'd like better, or if not I would eventually size down to just a moderate profile (mod+ is just too much upper pole in some bras) and around the 250CC size. I feel that likely would put me in a 32C bra which would be ideal. Currently my favourite bra is the wireless t-shirt bra from Victoria Secret in size 32D. Most other 32D bras I get a slightly 'double bubble' boob happening with a bit over spillage of boob, but a 32DD is slightly too big. I've been meaning to order some bras from ThirdLove to try them out, they also have half sizes so I may end up being a 32D1/2.

5 Months PO now and things are still going great. Scars are fading, still using bio oil on them once a day if I remember. Currently have found two good bras from La Vie En Rose, 34C as they don't carry 32band size in the higher cups for some reason, but have found them to be the best fit, smoothest under clothes without creating the double bubble boob. Both bras are unlined so I put in light foam inserts so you can't see the nips if cold.
Around fullest part of the breast it measures about 33inches, measuring the same from earlier after the surgery. They naturally sit a little farther apart, but I think naturally before the surgery my breasts weren't that close so that can be expected, a lot of side boob but that is okay. I think I'm in a great size area that if one day I need a revision I could go down slightly smaller without causing much issue, or slightly bigger and still be okay for my body size..but I would likely go on the smaller side in the future if a revision is ever necessary.

Today is 2 months post op, things have e been going great. Had my checkup with the PS, everything looks good.
They've felt like my own since probably 3 weeks. And I had no need to worry about them being too big earlier, they are perfect - exactly what I was hoping for. I feel that it's not noticeable in most clothing that I've had a BA done, but it feels so good to be able to bra shop and not worry about not being able to fill it out. Still looking for a new swimsuit top though, haven't found anything that I like.
