Finally Booked Surgery!

WORTH IT$6,539
Have been wanting a ba for about the last 10 years or so, and have finally booked the surgery (just over a couple weeks out!). I carry most of my weight in my butt/hips and have always wanted to look for proportionate for my frame. I found online research helped me a lot in deciding what I was looking for, so I hope this may help others with similar stats as myself.
I'm a fairly active person, 3 days a week I will do resistance/weight training and bike ~15 miles. The other 4 days I do liss, bike between 20-30 miles.
My stats:
Age: 30 (no kids)
Weight 110-115pounds
Height 5'2"
BWD 11.5
Bra size 32B (though I definitely don't fill it out, even a padded one, I fill a 32A but find the cup is not wide enough, 32B width fits though) Band measures 27-28" and breast at fullest part measures 30".
Waist 26"
Hips/butt 37"
I would love to be a full B upwards to a full C cup, wanting to look natural and a size that fits my smaller frame. I just to have some shape when I don't have a bra on, to feel more feminine and sexy. In researching I figured I would be looking for CC size of about 280-300 and placed under the muscle (I do not have a lot upper pole tissue). I've read that going under the muscle though can decrease the volume by 25 - 50CC's or even read up to 15%.
During the consult I was given a range from 250 - 400CC's to try on in the Mentor memory gel implants (350+ I would not consider though). I loved the look of the 270 & 295 moderate plus xtra implants. The 270 looked very natural on me, looked pretty much how I look wearing a 32B bra. The 325's look a tad on the big side for what I'm looking to achieve, but as the implants will be under the muscle I went with the 325CC Mentor moderate plus xtra implants. The doctor confirmed that they usually go a size up from what the patient likes as the implants go in smaller than the sizers look, so the 325 should give me approx the same look as the 295, which would be prefect.
Some things I wish I had thought of prior to the consult: bring a few different shirts so you can see what it looks like in a t-shirt vs a blouse vs a tight shirt. I also wish I had brought a measuring tape so I could have measured what my chest size was with the sizers to get a better idea of what bra size I may end up being.
I did make rice sizers at home for 325CC's (though I may have slightly over filled them), and not accounting for any volume lost due to implant placement, measuring that I was around 33"-34". I hope to be closer to 33" as I hope to not be a D cup, I feel that may be too large for me.
Leading up to surgery I'm starting to take vitamins A and C and increasing my protein intake. I'm also focusing more on back exercises to strengthen it a little more to possibly help with recovery.

I'm three weeks out now, and I felt the same way. I thought the sizes in the office and the rice sizes I made at home looked too large and saggy. My surgeon was recommending 350cc, but I thought I would like the 275 to 300 cc better on me. I was nervous about going with my own gut because I saw so many reviews from woman who thought they could or should have gone bigger. I went with my surgeon's suggestion based on my wish pictures, and I am glad that I did. I really like this size. I would have been disappointed had I gone smaller. It's funny how quickly you adjust to having breasts. I can't remember what it felt like.

Are these not your pictures then?

Surgery is one week out! The PS that I'm going with only uses Mentor silicon gel implants and he doesn't correct asymmetry in the breasts, as they aren't meant to be identical. This isn't too much of an issue for me, my left breast I think is slightly bigger and sits slightly higher but I'm totally fine with that slight difference still being there after surgery, I wonder if the implants will make it more noticeable? But not an issue, the only people seeing it would be me and my husband so who cares.
Again I'm getting the Mentor smooth round moderate profile plus Xtra implants in 325cc, they have a diameter of 11.9cm (.4cm larger than my BWD) and a height of 4.1cm, so just over an inch and a half.
Attached are some before photos and with homemade ricers, I used 1.25cups of rice.
I just can't wait to finally have some breasts! To be able to have top curves when naked or in a swim suit will be amazing, and make me feel more my age and womanly, not look like I'm still 14 when naked.
I haven't told any friends or family that I'm getting this done, for a few reasons. One it doesn't concern anyone but me and my husband, I also don't know if family would understand it, and they don't need to know how much disposable income we have.
I'm so glad that I found this site, and found so many others with similar thoughts as myself. Cheers to making us feel better about ourselves and to having fun with new boobs!

That's exciting! Good luck, I'm looking forward to hearing from you from the other side.

Good luck dear :) I also decided not to tell. Only my hubby and my 2 best friends, who never judge me and lives in an other country knows.

Oh I forgot to comment about your asymmetry. My doctor put 20cc more to my slightly smaller breast and change 3mm height of my other breast (my hubby doesn’t remember which and I forgot to ask yesterday at the clinic) to get more symmetrical breasts. Why your surgeon have decided not to correct it? It might be minimal now and also after, but I’ve also seen before + after photos where asymmetric is suddenly very clear and been bothering later as the cup size has been different. My breast were so little asymmetric that only I (and my doctor) noticed it...even my hubby didn’t have any clue haha. Anyway don’t get panic about my comment dear, I just wanted to ask, okay :)

The PS i went with doesn't change the original breast, the little quirks make them unique. If I had a more drastic difference I would have gone with someone else to correct it. I think the difference is mainly in height, feeling them they feel the same size but the heights make them look different? I could be wrong though. Measuring the height change is under half a cm, with bigger boobs I expect it might be more noticable (I have seen some with up to 2cm difference that wasnt corrected, definitely noticeable) but I don't care as I'll actually have boobs!

On the other side!

Alright so surgery was yesterday (around 1pm), everyone at the surgical center was amazing. All I remember was taking a few deep breaths and then I was out. I woke up in recovery around 2:45, had a tickle in my throat (which was likely due to the breathing tube) and just felt like somethinf was in the back of my throat and had to cough every now and then, and oddly enough my armpits we're both itchy?! The incision was done in the breast crease, implant under the muscle. Of course I checked out the new boobs as best I could and felt them, they only felt a little tight. No nausea at all.
I've been icing them off and on, and just taking one T3 every 4 hours or so. No real pain, just a little tight and definitely notice it more after sitting back for a while. Right side also a little more tight than the left, but that is my dominant hand. Fairly good arm movement range, just a little bloating currently. Throat doesn't have that tickle anymore, but is sore and voice is a little horse today from all the coughing yesterday/last night. Recovery is pretty much as I expected, probably a little better.
Sleeping wasn't too bad last night (took a few hours to fall asleep), propped up by a few pillows and one on each side. Also got a neck pillow, which definitely is a life saver.
Right now (in a really baggy shirt) they basically look like me in my old bra, which is awesome! I think once they drop and fluff I may end up in a C cup range, which would be perfect and just what I wanted!

Congratulations! You’re going to go through all the different emotions over the next few days, but you’ll be so happy you did this for yourself! Looking forward to following your progress :)

Btw, what is the difference between smooth and extra smooth? I just found out about extra smooth recently
August 3, 2018
If I'm remembering correctly the "Xtra" is only available in mod plus or high profile, the implants have newer gel technology, apparently it's slightly firmer than the older stuff (I couldn't really feel any difference though between the the Xtra and the regular) but the Xtra are filled slightly more, so a lesser chance of rippling. So the profiles would go mod, mod plus, mod plus Xtra, high profile, high profile Xtra, UHP.
My BA is next week! I'll post some before photos this week and will probably update a few days after the operation.
