I came to Dr. Roche as a referral from a friend. I had recently underwent a breast augmentation with implants & a revision surgery to correct a double bubble/bottoming out issue + other deformities (that I was originally told were unfixable) I had that were left unsightly and with me being unhappy with my results. (See pics.) When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Roche, the staff was extremely friendly and informative, as was Dr. Roche. It was a fairly quick consult, but I left feeling confident. I put a deposit down that day. I went in for a follow up consultation to have a few questions and concerns answered/addressed. I felt even more confident and paid for my surgery in full that day. Surgery scheduled for 3 weeks later. I was in and out quickly after my procedure. (I prefer not to lounge around after an operation, so this A-OK in my book!) I am only about a week & a half recovery. Feeling significantly better with my results. I had my stitches removed earlier and was told I am healing up well and looking great! I could not be more pleased with my overall experience at Dr. Roche's office soo far!

Currently experiencing bottoming out (most drastic on left breast, but seems to appear on both sides) complications and animation deformity. I go in next week to have this looked at and discuss options. I'm hoping with the help of acellular dermal matrix or biosynthetic mesh that we can fix my concerns. This currently does not change my previous review/rating. Just want to share my experiences for others.

Will not be returning to Dr. Roche's office

Initially going into Dr. Roche's office, I was thrilled. Even after my breast augmentation. However, after being healed and running into complications, I find myself dissatisfied. My implants were placed under the muscle, when they should have been placed over. I expressed my concerns of animation deformity in my consultation (I went in for 2 to make sure all of my concerns were noted & questions were answered.) and feel they were not acknowledged. He had told me "you don't know 'til you're in there" about it but, with my previous state, I feel it was pretty clear going under was not suitable for me. My second issue is bottoming out of my left breast, as shown. I'm being told in order to fix so, I will need to downsize the implants. Which in turn means another big bill for the implants themselves + being charged for the operation. In my opinion, I shouldn't be charged for the operation... Even my prior surgeon did not charge me for my revision. I feel ripped off and as though I was not listened to. Being told I was healing up great when I was voicing a major concern of my healing process left me feeling helpless. I will not be returning to this office for my revision, as after talking to Dr. Roche about everything, I did not feel he confidentially could address & fix my issues and concerns.
