Truly Disappointed

I am truly disappointed with my experience with Dr. Taneja. I’ve had my breast augmentation 15 years ago with no problems, and I decided to have them replaced. It’s been 8 months post op and I’m still feeling pain/discomfort with both breast. Post op experience and trying to get a hold of Dr. Taneja was hard. I went to him because I’ve seen his work was good online but honestly think that he’s too busy and taking more than he can handle. I felt rushed the day of the surgery and Dr. Taneja didn’t even asked me where I wanted him to make the incision around my areola or crease under the breast. I was so nervous that day that I was not thinking of that and I feel as a doctor that’s your duty to ask, the incision was made thru the areola which I did not want. Also his staff are not friendly at all, no friendly/comforting gestures. They don’t even give you water during recovery, they want you out as quick as possible. That’s why they ask your ride to bring water when they pick you up. This is horrible because I am a nurse that works in the recovery room and we always offer water/juice, popsicles to our patients. I also want to mention that when I went to go see Dr. Taneja and told him there’s something wrong with my left boob since day 1… he said, “you’re a nurse, you should know how the body heals.” I expressed my feelings about the pain I have sleeping on my left side, and he replied, “well sleep on your right.” I have way more things that happened but truly it’s too much for this review. If you have anything that requires more work like breast revision or changing implants I would definitely not choose Dr. Taneja. I am not going back to him, I lost trust and I would not ever recommend him to family and friends.
