After years of considering breast augmentation, I finally decided to move forward and could not be happier that I chose Dr. Keshav Magge at Cosmetic Surgery Associates.
I am naturally athletic and wanted a result that would enhance my figure while still looking proportional and natural. During my consultation, Dr. Magge spent a significant amount of time discussing my goals, implant options, sizing, placement, and what would best suit my body type. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like “just another patient.”
Ultimately, we chose 310cc Motiva implants with subfascial placement. Dr. Magge’s recommendation aligned perfectly with the look I was hoping to achieve—fuller and more feminine while maintaining a natural appearance.
The surgery itself was seamless. The entire team at Cosmetic Surgery Associates was incredibly professional, organized, and reassuring. I was naturally nervous the day of surgery, but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in excellent hands.
My recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I experienced the expected soreness and tightness initially, but the discomfort was very manageable.
