6 weeks almost 7 post op.

As you can see by the photos, my boobs have dropped. I think the left is slightly higher than the other one and is taking longer to drop. They have really rounded out though and the nipples have become more centered (thank goodness!). I think Doctor Taneja did dual plane on me so we could avoid a lift. This was the best thing I’ve ever could have done for myself! Now I feel confident wearing stuff that I was never able to wear before. The only problem that I have is that my nipples get hard easily.. not sure why, lol.

I was EXTREMELY sensitive and had the same problem with my nipples. I'm nearing about the 6-7 week and the sensitivity has all but gone away for me. I think it's mostly as your nerves heal, the sensations change. I also noticed different sports bras trigger it as well. I bought some from target from the line "All In Motion" and they are amazing. They fit great and still have the compression aspect. It has slight padding so my nipples don't stick out through my shirts and they are extremely comfortable. It's much better and gives me less of that sensitivity than the front closure compression bras that I had bought off amazon for the days following the surgery. I also noticed with the change of sports bra, when I would remove it for any type of intimacy with my boyfriend it was a lot more of a "normal" sensation as my boyfriend would play with them, whereas with the front closure I had a lot of issues when he would play after I removed those. Maybe try something like that?
Thank you for the suggestion! I'll be sure to try those bras out. I'm just worried my nipples will stay hard like this forever and I won't be able to wear certain clothes I want (pasties tend to show through). The left nipple is super sensitive and the right one, I can hardly feel my sensation lol. Kinda like a numb feeling.
I thought of getting those All in Motion sports bras earlier while I was at Target but they don't have much size available (and I'm not sure what my size is yet!). It's good to know that whatever this extreme sensitivity like nerves I've been feeling for 2wks now will hopefully go away too like yours!;) I keep on telling my husband how my nipples hurt though they feel numb (no sensation I think is what I mean)...my PS mentioned last week that everything I'm still feeling is normal/part of my healing. I tried wearing a wireless bra just to do groceries & D-twins didn't like it! Guess it's still early to wear even a wireless bra so I'll check out that sports bra again!;) Tomorrow's week 6 for me so hopefully soon the nerves/sensitivity go away. Thanks!
They definitely have weird sizes at target. I noticed that because I'm not sure what size I am yet either but because of those particular sports bras, I was able to find one that was for "32" and then I believe it's A thru DD. I'm assuming that I am a D and it fits me great. Maybe try it and return it if that doesn't fit (: I'm about 3 months out now and I still have some sensitivity but it definitely has gone away for the most part. Hang in there!!
I know what you mean, pasties are just so fickle that it's hard to wear certain things without feeling uncomfortable. That's exactly how I was feeling and still do on occasion. My boyfriend can play with them while we have sex fine, but if I'm showering and the water hits it right the sensitivity just makes me insane. Almost like it hurts but more of an uncomfortable sting. Not all the time, but it is definitely taking time to go away.
Do you have any tenderness left in your breasts from surgery? I’m 6 weeks post-op, too. My left is not the least bit sore. It’s like I didn’t even have surgery. But, my right still has some internal soreness. It’s not bad by any stretch. I only notice it when I’m using my right arm (dominant arm) for something, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s normal.
No, I feel 100% now. Don’t worry though, I’m sure that’s normal. Maybe ask your doctor to make sure? Has the other dropped more than the one that feels sore? That could be why.
May I ask, how Are your breasts looking now? I have. Similar size/shape before your surgery so I’m curious! Thanks x
I knew your results would be amazing when i saw your pre photo. a few more months and they will be incredible, so natural. im a bit jealous
very nice
They look sooo good girl!! Can you post a video to show how they're moving? They look so natural!!

Almost 5 weeks post op!

My steri strips came off on Monday. My incision looks very small and thin (almost like a paper cut). My boobs are dropping a little every week and I can see that the nipples are becoming more centered as they drop. That gives me a sense of relief because on week 1, they looked horrifying to me. They still have some more to go but patience is key!
The next time I follow up with Doctor Taneja is when I’m almost 8 weeks post op.
Can’t wait till I can wear a normal bra or no bra at all. It sucks not being able to wear cute outfits because I still have to wear a bra.
Weird question but has anyone resumed smoking after surgery and not gotten capsular contracture?

I love my boobs!

I am 3 weeks post op today.
I’m pretty much back to 100% but I’m still not overdoing it. Don’t wanna risk opening the incision.. I have switched to a sports bra and have started wearing a band when I sleep at night to help the girls drop faster.
I can’t believe these are my boobs! Doctor Taneja is the best and I’m so glad I went with the bigger size. Think I’m getting boob greed sometimes but I think this size is perfect actually.

Did you get the 385 SRF as the title says? I see you also looked at 300, 345, and 365 and also looked at asofttouch. Looks great so far. Good luck, happy healing.
Yes, I ended up getting the 385 SRF. I wanted to go with Soft Touch but it was a bit out of my budget. Don't regret the SRF however. Thank you!
Was it painful?
What does a band do? I've seen it on Amazon. Just out if surgery days ago. Also got 385 SRF naturelle. Mine a looking a bit freaky!!
