What bra is that? I'm having surgery in about a week, getting 700cc's, and I know I'll need a better post-surgical bra than the one they gave me.
How are you feeling? I had 650
Hp
Xtra as well
And I feel they are small

I began with 550s and I then exchanged for the 780s and my they are not small. Neither size was. It all depends on your frame, height, chest measurements as your surgeon will explain and guide you through. I will say that the 780s are heavy. In total they weight almost 3.5 lbs and add that to your own breast tissue and it can be heavy and cause pain. I can now understand why women get reductions.
Yeah I’m 5’2 120lbs I want to exchange for 790 I use to have saline hp 425cc which was very similar in size to the xtra implant minus the projection I just feel a little fuller. Yours look great
Not at all small. They are plenty and more for me. I am a smaller framed woman, narrow shoulders and chest and tall. It all depends on the body frame you have to begin with. More updates to come soon.
Let me say even though that bra looked nice and was better than most I could find, what you really need is massive support and I would try the Shefit where you can adjust with Velcro. You want a super strong band of support at the base without a wire for recovery.

You look amazing! So happy for you!! Thank you for sharing your experience, your story is so similar to mine. I currently have 500cc silicone implants, under the muscle that were done many many years ago and I’m waiting on a revision for 800cc implants. I have breastfed 3 babies since so now the skin has stretched on my breasts to allow room to place a larger implant there. As I am still researching, can I ask the details of what brand implant, if they are round, silicone and if they are HP? My Dr has suggested smooth, round HP silicone to fit my frame. Your video has not uploaded any chance you can redo again? I would love to see more results
Thank you so much. We do have similar stories! My pockets had expanded plenty with just the 550cc silicone implants in for 4 years, so I'd imagine after breastfeeding 3 babies, you're more than stretched and ready! Of course only your PS can give you the best custom advice based on your measurements and goals. I remember thinking I wanted to have a very voluptuous figure as my end goal but some photos I had seen of larger implants like 750-800cc's looked too large and unnatural to me. I realized I wasn't looking at women of my same height and weight so I'm glad that I found examples of 5'8" 145lb women with the larger silicone implants that made me feel they would be perfect for the figure I envisioned myself attaining. The implants I went with are what my surgeon, Dr. Jason E. Leedy recommended Mentor MemoryGel Xtra Smooth Round High Profile 790cc each. They are the highest size overfilled silicone Mentor makes and in the US you can only have 800cc silicone implants placed. We chose the overfilled round to prevent rippling which is more of a risk for those with extra skin, but it made sense to me to take any precautions for the best effect. I feel together we made the best decision. I would not have wanted to carry any more weight on my chest as my shoulders and chest are not very broad. I also feel I achieved the curves I longed for after having a waist created by a BBL in Feb 2018. My breast "curves" protrude outside of my frame on the sides of my chest wall and I truly have an hourglass figure when I am naked without a bra on which was my goal. Dr Leedy is undeniably invested in your safety and your satisfaction with your outcome and is a master at his craft. No matter where you are, I recommend him if you don't feel 110% confident about your PS. I will keep updating so you can follow the results. I know how meaningful this website was to me when I was searching and making decisions. The journey stories are invaluable especially when you find someone whose situation and measurements are close to yours! I'm happy now to have the opportunity to help others. Don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions I can answer. Also, a word of caution- I've read there has recently been a recall in the textured implants as they've been found to potentially cause a new type of breast cancer so steer clear of those. I imagine they're not even available anymore.
Thank you so much for sharing your information and your story, your research has paid off as you look amazing
Absolutely! It helps so much to have firsthand experiences to reference. And thank you. That is super kind of you!
Can I just add to this as I am 4 months out that these lovelies are not light! They collectively weigh 3.4lbs and I am feeling it in my back. It helps to wear a supportive bra as much as possible. I was aware of this and had discussed prior with Dr. Leedy about my choice for larger implants. Perhaps someone who has breastfed and/or who has naturally larger breasts on a thinner narrow upper body could relate... They can cause pain. So I warn you to be cautious as I almost wish at times I kept my 550s or just went a little bit smaller and could have thrown a push up on if I wanted more volume or some added OOMPH for any reason ;)
Always best to think through everything carefully and with expert guidance.
