I highly recommend having treatment or surgery with Mr. Fazel and his team. From my very first appointment, Mr. Fazel was warm, welcoming, and friendly, yet completely honest in his professional opinion. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I hoped to achieve, then offered clear solutions and explained the realistic, long-term results I could expect.
I underwent a breast augmentation to correct asymmetry caused by a previous back condition. I felt fully informed throughout the entire process, receiving comprehensive pre- and post-operative guidance as well as an emergency contact number for extra reassurance. The day of the procedure went smoothly, and every member of staff at Refresh Medispa in Amersham was incredibly supportive and welcoming.
