Started to feel like a woman again after they dropped and fluffed

Dr.Eugene Kim is a fantastic surgeon. However, I can't give 3.5 stars so I'm giving it 3 stars base on my experience with him/staff. Christina Kang is one of his staff and I don't think she's very good at communication. While Dr.Eugene is very quick in his responses. The day before my surgery, I went to his office for my consultation in person. His office is really dusty not nice at all. I was expecting, glamorous/ clean since it's in Beverly Hill and in a very nice area. When I arrive, there was no one at the desk but there was someone from a different office checking me in. I waited about 5 mins and then someone from Dr.Kim office checking me in. She told me to have a seat and fill these papers out. 3 mins later, another front desk staff asking me if I been help. Then 5 mins later she told me to fill the same papers out which I already did. then a few more minutes pass, someone asked me if i been help. There are like 3 or 4 staff checking in one person. I was not happy. Fast forward, when I had my consultation with Dr.Eugene Kim, he was very nice, I didn't feel awkward at all. I didn't have many questions so it was very quick consultation. I'm from out of town and I ask if i can have my surgery in the morning but they told me a surgery before me is more important since it's longer. So i was disappointed but i can't cancel my surgery now. I can't have all my money back. My surgery is at 1pm but they told me i have to arrive at 12pm. So i went back to my hotel and rest then i receive a phone call from them saying that my surgery delay to 2pm and I need to be there at 1pm instead. The day of my surgery, I arrive at 12:55pm. They check me in and told me to wait. 30 mins pass, still waiting. @1:50pm, a nurse came out and asked me tons of questions then she told me to wait again. at 2 something, she came out and get me. She was very nice, she the nurse will taking care of you before and after surgery. Almost 3pm, I'm still waiting for Dr.Kim....When it's finally time for me to go under the knife, the anesthesiologist doctor asked me a few questions and I don't think he's that nice. He is doing his job but I don't feel comfortable. He was extremely quick, he looks like he wanna go home already... After surgery, they put me in the recovery room with the nice nurse that I was telling you about. The pains after waking up from surgery is intense. your chest hurts so much and you can barely walk. After 2 days with medications, you start to feel a bit better and Dr.Kim called you to check on you to see if you are okay, etc... I didn't like my breasts the first 2 months. They look like "MEN BOOBS" men that work out a lot. After two months, they drop and fluff out a little bit and you start to feel like a woman again after that :) He put 415cc on my left and 360cc or 340cc on my right. He did told me before that my breast will not look perfect. I wish he put 380cc instead. Then it's perfect to me. Regret?: Yes and no pro: great surgeon con: staff can be better, dusty office. I don't think they ever clean the office. it was very dusty. When you seat down on the couch. you can see all this dust flying in front of you. I wrote my name on the table and the next day is still there. I was expecting clean since we are still in pandemic but i guess not his office. or maybe he didn't know or care.
