4 months post op
Officially 4 months post op and there are a few changes I would have made. 1. I think I would do overs vs under the muscle. You can’t tell by this pic but I have slight animation deformity because I workout. It’s noticeable when I do certain movements. 2. I think I would go bigger. I like that I can hide them but no one can tell I have my boobs done. Even in low cut tops.maybe I should switch up my bras because the tee shirt bras don’t do much for me. My bombshell bra actually made me look bigger then they do now.
My advice is to trust the process. Each month has been different and I’m just taking it month by month.

5 weeks post op
They have gotten a lot smaller over the weeks! I never thought I would say this but I somewhat wish I went a little bigger. However they look proportionate to my body and couldn’t be happier! Each week they get better and better!

You look fantastic!! Can i ask what is this beautiful bra you’re wearing?
Thank you so much! I got it from Target a few years ago. It just finally it's a little nicer now!
Do you like the the high profile? I have been looking at memorial plastic surg.-and interested in 360-400 size
Also- did she do in armpit like I have seen other dr there- or under the breast?
Dr. Roehl did under the breast... Can't even see the scar unless really looking for it. It's healing so nicely. Dr. Patrick Hsu does them both ways!
I think you can't go with going with any of the surgeons at memorial plastic surgery. There's quite a waitlist for Dr. Roehl and Dr. Hsu. Also I like the high profile on my frame! I was debating on moderate plus but I ended up doing HP!! Let me know if you have any other questions!
They look amazing! My surgery is in 1 week and I'm trying to decide between 345 and 390. I'm pretty similar stats to you but have less starting volume. Very worried about being top heavy! Any advice? Any updated pictures? Thanks so much!
Honestly I felt huge in the beginning now I feel like they have shrunk! If I could go back I would do 385 at least. I don't think it's a big difference though. I'll show an updated pic!
Thanks for replying! Can't wait to see the update
Just posted the update! Hope it helps :)

Officially 1 Month post op!
Officially 1 month post op! I started massaging at 2 weeks. They have softened a little bit. I get weird muscle type pains in just my left breast sometimes. Not sure if that’s normal….They seem to be healing nicely. Today was the first day since surgery that I did a Peloton workout. That went okay…. I’m just out of shape now that I haven’t been working out for a month. I also tried doing core…. That didn’t go so well. I will stick to cardio workouts until I feel comfortable again.
