I began with a B cup. I have had 2 children. All of my life I have wanted perky big breasts. We chose saline for those reasons. I was able to avoid having a lift by choosing saline and my doctor was able to adjust the saline to make my breasts proportioned. My left breast received 685cc and my right 710cc. Pictures are the day of surgery. Pre-op and on the operating table. My incision was through the lower part of my nipple and my implants are sub muscular.

I took these pictures 7 hours after my surgery to show the swelling and incisions. No noticeable bruising as of now. I began my antibiotic and continued my herbs to help with bruising and swelling. I slept through the first night quite well with the help of pain meds and pillows. I have not experienced any nausea either. Everything has gone as expected so far.

My left breast seems to be much more tender than my right. I am left handed and use that side more so that could be why. My breasts are very firm. I can hear the saline trying to settle which is really weird. It swishes around. Lol. But I know it’s all normal. It’s also very painful to go from lying down to sitting up or from sitting to standing. I try and move from position to position very slowly. The pain is tolerable and still no bruising.
