Hi everyone!! I have scoured this site for the past year and am finally ready to get implants! A little about me... I'm very active, I either work out (CrossFit, or cross training etc) or play tennis everyday so maintaining my active lifestyle is extremely important for me. I'm 26, I haven't had any kids and don't plan on having any within at least the next 5 years maybe 10;) Over the past year I have met with 4 different surgeons and have finally decided to go with dr Keshav Magge. During my consultation we took my measurements, I'll attach my measurement sheet here but you'll see I'm a 34AA with BWD of 12.6. I am looking to go for a natural full look, I'm hoping for a full c cup. With this in mind, dr Magge suggested we go under the muscle and go 400cc on the left (this one is a bit smaller than my right) and 350 cc on my right, silicone. At first 400 sounded SO big to me, but once I realized my left brreast is about 50cc smaller than my right, 400 didn't seem so big anyway.

Day of surgery!!

I got the surgery today!!!! Not in pain just TONS of tightness. He ended up doing 350/375 to balance out my imbalance between left and right. Also this is was done under the muscle. I took the muscle relaxer and the Percocet as I left the procedure and basically passed out all afternoon which was awesome. Definitely hard to get up from bed tho. I think they look great for same day, can’t to see how they start dropping.

They look amazing!! I also do crossfit and I am so afraid of going too big and them getting in the way of movements. But on the other hand I'm so worried they'll be too small. I'm 5'5, 120lbs but very lean. I'm going between 350-375 so your post made me feel better! My surgery is in a week! Can't wait to follow along your recovery

Good luck!! So far so good, they're big but I started with nothing so anything is going to feel big. I will post another update today:)

Very exciting! I just saw Dr Frank in Mission on Monday. I got 375 in both. I'm def worried I went too big haha because I also love being active! Heads up, the pain and discomfort peaks around 3-4 days out. They're gonna look so great!

It peaks at 3-4 days?? Yikes haha. Yesterday was rough in terms of movement (could lift myself out of bed) but today is already soooooo much better. Hopefully things keep getting better

Would also like the mention that dr magge told me I could take off the bra they gave me if it was uncomfortable. I took it off a few hours after I got home and slept without it, doubt I'll ever put it back on. Plus I got a really cute under Armour front zip bra that I would much rather use;)

Everyday is better than the last. I’ve been taking the oxys and muscle relaxers about every 5 hours (been doing this since Friday after the surgery) but I think tomorrow I will be able to switch to Tylenol. I can get out of bed on my own and make myself food, go to the bathroom on my own. The only day I wasn’t able to do anything on my own was the day of surgery. The boobs look weird but I don’t really care, I knew they’d look weird for a month anyway so I’m not too concerned about what they look like now. Also, I haven’t been wearing a bra since the surgery.
